As a Disney adult I wholeheartedly agree with him. To me the Cast Members help bring the magic of the Parks out. They do so much and get treated so poorly. It breaks my heart. Whenever I go to Disneyland I do my best to treat them like superheroes. I'll compliment them on their hard work and tell them thank you for bringing the magic. Even just saying, "Good morning" with a smile. I believe they need to be paid A LOT more and should be treated so much better by their employers and guests alike.

It’s a very exploitative company that gets away with a lot. I appreciate the animators’ artistic style, post racist period, and the film score compositions. They hire the best music composers that really create the ‘Disney magic’ that uplifts the young soul. But it’s still a flawed institution and too many people buy in to their cheap merch.
