Billy said Nicholas Scratch when Agatha was draining Alice. I think she put the pieces of the puzzle together cause teen has a sigil on him & he wouldnt have been able to say that name if that was him.
Billy did it to Lilia and Jen because they were so casual abouth Alice's death, they showed him they not care about Alice at all and he was the one that bonded with her and got a connection abd e as already angry about her death then put what they said like jen "this is what is all about for any of us" and Lilia " death comes for us all" plus erything Agatha said thr "pet" he snaps and did that

The sigil is still there. Agatha is crying out "What's going on? Teen? Help me!" I suspect we'll get some background in the next episode. I'm hoping that Lilia's trial will be a chance to "re-do" some of the losses and mistakes they've made on their quest. My theory is that her strange outbursts are her future self, attempting to send messages. I think the Tarot references she has made in each episode may act as "save points". She'll just need to find the right ones to fix things like Alice and Sharon.
