Was nice to meet the other day. Glad to see new content! Something I do for my injector rod AWA the set screw: when assembling, I coat the threads of both with some sort of water resistant goo. I've used wax (Johnson Floor Wax, don't laugh), Corrosion Block, WD40... you could use lithium grease... I suggest something rather thick/sticky. We have all seen the failure of injector rods at the base where they're threaded in, this helps prevent that :)

Excellent point! We use tefgel, its a teflon based marine anti-seize, and we love it!
