I believe the exterior of the Ennis house was used in the movie House on Haunted Hill. Ricky Martin did a music video "Vuelve" in the Ennis house back in 1998.

this house has insane water problems, the concrete was like a sponge and delivered water inside wicking through the walls
That's true, that system creates so much issues for the owners. We have to consider that Wright invented the system and the people working at that time was all experimental. Some times needs more investigation or proves to fix initial defects. Also I put in value that evolution that created at that time. Thank you for joining!
