    I can't thank you enough, I've been so scared of applying mainly because of the fear of getting rejected. but after doing some research and mainly watching your video(s) I felt confident enough to apply and after weeks of not hearing back I got accepted!! I feel so lucky that I found a TH-camr who specialises in the exact field I want to get into, thank you 🥺

    Hey Atousa! I'm really thankful to you for making these kind of videos and its still relevant in 2019. I have a question for you, how are the applicants ranked or selected? I mean, what aspects of a student does the admission team give priority?

    Hi there! I watch your videos ALL the time you are amazing and soo helpful! I have a few questions... I have now decided to apply to study an msc at imperial after being out of education for 5 years. Will this hinder my application? Ive been working in cancer research for 2+ years though also just in admin. Also any advice on msc interviews?

    I'm thinking of applying to King's for 2020- either that, or Nottingham- to study an MA in [Int'l] Security or an MA in Diplomacy. I graduate from my Bachelor's though in December 2019, so I have a nine month gap.

    Lovely video, thinking of applying to Queen Mary after I complete my degree, and I'll probably take a gap like you to gain experience and find my specialization, hopefully it'll remain the same 😂

    Just wondering, what time of year did you apply for a Masters? I know each uni has its own deadline, but I still feel like I'm way behind even I'm still within the deadline.

    • @atousa5752
      @atousa5752  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are very welcome :) and I think it depends on the university, usually on the website it will say when the deadline is, usually it is between June-August but check the website to be sure! and good luck!!

    Hi Atousa ! Thank you so much for your very helping videos ! I have a question though, even if it might sound a bit stupid, how do you know who to reach as a supervisor, like how can I know who the supervisors are in my department and how can I know what their speciality is, and finally how do I get their contact (email adress for instance) ? I would like to do a master's degree in a very specific field, and I really dont know where to start to find out who I could reach to be my supervisor ! Thanks again for your videos and good luck with your studies !

    • @atousa5752
      @atousa5752  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi lovely, not a stupid question at all! I would start on the university website and look for the particular department that you would like to work/study in, and usually there will be a contacts section or a section called staff, where you can look who works there and what sort of work they do. I hope you find it! :)

    Hello Atousa, I am a CS student at Politecnico di Milano and I am going to get my Bachelor Degree by next summer.
    I am looking for information about Master Degree Programs, as I would like to get accepted into ETH Zurich, and this video got me a little confused: I always thought that a Master is what you do right after a Bachelor Degree, and then you do a PhD..
    Is the college system different in UK than the rest of Europe? Because I believe what you do would be called a PhD in Switzerland.
    Thank you!!

    Hi Atousa, Iam MBBS medical IMG, due to enter GMC next year INSHAALLAH before getting to core medical training in internal medicine, but I want to ask you if I can enter the field of medical research in UK along my medical specialty training, especially when telling you about my (bad grades in my MBBS degree), and will it help if I do research experience to be able to apply to research project in UK, or Master?

    • @atousa5752
      @atousa5752  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think if you are already an MBBS you can just transfer, but to be honest with you I don't know much about this field and I don't want to confuse you! I'm hoping some of my subscribers will see this comment and answer it for you if they have the answer!!

    I probably sound stupid but what is "postgraduate study",
    is it studying after a levels or something else?

    • @atousa5752
      @atousa5752  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      post-graduate means after you have graduated from university :)
      so under-graduate is when you go to university to do a degree for the first time, and post-graduate is if you already have a degree and you go to get another degree like a Master's degree!
