Completely agree, massive change requires breaking from the past and remaking the future.

When I was in a treatment program, I was told, "No Pain No Gain." Similar to what you are saying. It is often painful to look inward and really deal with your wounded self in order to experience growth and find new coping skills.

You are a beautiful young lady. You are on a journey of discovery that we all should take to discover are part in this life. It's good very good you are here now. Read this in a mediative state:
    Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
And Psa 37:3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.
Psa 37:4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Psa 37:5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
Psa 37:6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.
Psa 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Psa 37:8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
Psa 37:9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
Psa 37:10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.
Psa 37:11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
I enjoy your channel. Keep going.

Do you take lessons from any other book that isn't the Bible or Christianity related?

@@ramuneglass9233 I have read small amounts of the Quran, Book of Mormon, material from the Seventh Day Adventist and Jehovah Witness, listen to a lot of material from the Roman Catholic church and sayings from Confucius.

I’Il give an example of a world view of where I am coming from. At the summer Olympics opening ceremony during the fashion show runway production the models walked by a section of the bridge that looked like the famous painting of Leonardo De Vinci of the Last Supper. Personally I was not offended by the artistic license they took to show current ideas in fashion and views of life. What I didn’t agree with was that the creator denied that that section of the precession was not inspired by the “Last Supper”. Wisdom and Logic says otherwise.
