I recommend Pennzoil Platinum LV Multi-Vehicle transmission fluid. I've used Honda tran fluid in the past, its not as good, and its more expensive and harder to get and again does not feel as good when the vehicle is shifting. The Pennzoil platinum feels like butter. 2009 V6 Accord is what I drive.

I have a 2006 Ridgeline and when I serviced the transmission I would put 3.3 quarts. When I would check the dipstick 500 miles later it looked like yours. What I eventually realized is that it needs 3.5 quarts. So my service manual was a little off.
Similar here with my 2014. Manual says 3.2qts but it reads about an 1/8 inch below the lower hole when checked hot and engine off. It takes 4 qts to bring it to the top hole mark.
I have very small leak at the end cover of honda crv 2007 r20a engine. Its possible to tighten a little the M6 bolts to press the gasket without bringing down the transmission and replace the gasket?

Run it fir 5 Minutes until Radiator Fan turns on.Then Turn it Off.Pull out the Transmission Yellow Dipstick within 60-90 Seconds and Check Level to be in between the Two Hole Marks.Preferably on the Top Mark.
