Gather around the kitchen and join the ladies from Bible By Blacks on this special summer series Cocktails with Christians. On this episode we recap the BET 2024 awards while we make one of Regina's drinks the "Lemon Drop Martini". Remember as Christians we drink to shout, not to pass out! So please drink responsibly.
**Lemon Drop Martini Recipe**
4 shots of vodka
1 cup lemon juice concentrate
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 leaves of fresh mint
5 ice cubes
Spread sugar on a cocktail size plate. Wet rims of glass and rub them in the sugar on the plate, set aside. Place vodka, lemon juice and ice into a shaker (if you don't have a shaker like me :-) use a cup with a sealed lid like a Yeti cup or Stanley cup). Add mint leaves to shaker and then shake until all ingredients blend well. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
If you feel the drink is weak, add more vodka. If the drink is too strong, add more lemon juice.
