In reference to the original response and scripture provided, when you look at the latter part of that scripture it tells us that when we are tempted he will provide a way out so that we can endure it. I don't think God adds more to us than we can bear, we add it to ourselves by not trusting God and trying to handle the situation ourselves which leads to things feeling heavier. When we decide to take our hands off of it God can then come in and take over. I pray there was no offense in this response.
God will send you what you need WHEN you need it. You just have to be still. Have the will power and obedience to trust God in his timing for your life. This is the season where times are tough and we want to do everything but wait. But waiting on the Lord has so many benefits, wait on him. He’s coming . Coming from someone who has blasted secular music in his car to overcome driving anxiety ever since 17/18 years old I can confidently say I do not remember the last time I sat in the car in complete silence with the intent to be still for God! Yes! God has taught me how to be still July 1, 2022 when I just started my vacation for 2 weeks. On the first day, I got Covid and I heard the Lord say “Rest in Me, Be Still! Each day He would tell me to stay in bed because I would wake up with a plan to do, do, do! We are Being and when you’re too busy you can’t hear Gods voice. As I laid in my bed I felt the Holy Spirit flow over me to hear me, to minister to me, to reveal to me new knowledge! I was able to truly be able to spend real time with the Lord. I always spent time with the Lord but I wasn’t being still enough to get ahis provision. Since then He had slowed me down and now rest is apart of my daily worship. Allowing the Lord to lead you helps you to do things differently and it benefits your life. I will never focus on other things more than God and being in His presence.

I can’t tell you how much this video helped me . I am going through a break up and I have been consumed with rumination. I’ve been searching through TH-cam videos for advice on withdrawals from relationship addiction. Listening to things as I walk my dog. But this video is all I really need. You hit the nail on the head with me. I am off social media, but I have been searching for an answer. I am going to be unable to hear an answer the way I’ve been going. Be still , know that I am God. I show myself grace. I’m aware that I’ve been too mentally busy and unable to concentrate the way I need and want to. So many things to do and nothing getting done. The irony is normally music will automatically start in my car from my Bluetooth but god/ancestors….have blocked that. I didn’t notice it for awhile and then one day I was like “why doesn’t my music start” but I took it as a sign and my mind still is chaotic but I’ll be more intentional. I sit to be still and then a distraction will get me up to do something. I’m mentally and physically burned out and although I was off from work for 2 weeks I still feel unaccomplished. Thanks

This video was so on time! When you spoke of the scripture of how God will be strength in your weakness. I needed to hear that! Also the saying of God delights in all areas of the godly. I have areas where I feel I’m detached from God because I’m not acting godly but I have to remember he welcomes all of me. I’m praying I allow my anxiousness and need to always be in “noise” to be divinely removed from my life & I can be more still.
When this happens, I usually write down a list and take it into prayer so I can focus. I’ll also pray in the spirit. God knows what we need so don’t stress 🤍

I can’t tell you how much this video helped me . I am going through a break up and I have been consumed with rumination. I’ve been searching through TH-cam videos for advice on withdrawals from relationship addiction. Listening to things as I walk my dog.
But this video is all I really need. You hit the nail on the head with me. I am off social media, but I have been searching for an answer. I am going to be unable to hear an answer the way I’ve been going. Be still , know that I am God. I only know about the phrase, but never really implemented it. I am going to do all the suggestions and walk my dog in silence, drive my car in silence and pray for my difficulties and just listen. Thank you you are truly my messenger!🙏🙏🙏

I show myself grace. I’m aware that I’ve been too mentally busy and unable to concentrate the way I need and want to. So many things to do and nothing getting done. The irony is normally music will automatically start in my car from my Bluetooth but god/ancestors….have blocked that. I didn’t notice it for awhile and then one day I was like “why doesn’t my music start” but I took it as a sign and my mind still is chaotic but I’ll be more intentional. I sit to be still and then a distraction will get me up to do something. I’m mentally and physically burned out and although I was off from work for 2 weeks I still feel unaccomplished. Thanks

Wow this is for me. I struggle to be still and this crazy busy evil world makes me anxious and impatient. When i try to pray i cant calm down my mind and i cant fully close my eyes and speak to him because I am all about worldly stuff.

This video was so on time! When you spoke of the scripture of how God will be strength in your weakness. I needed to hear that! Also the saying of God delights in all areas of the godly. I have areas where I feel I’m detached from God because I’m not acting godly but I have to remember he welcomes all of me. I’m praying I allow my anxiousness and need to always be in “noise” to be divinely removed from my life & I can be more still.

I'm really struggling to pray these days ,sometimes when I'm about to pray i ran out of words like i forgot everything i want to say to God
When this happens, I usually write down a list and take it into prayer so I can focus. I’ll also pray in the spirit. God knows what we need so don’t stress 🤍
And speak in tongues it’s helps you to pray longer
