Leaving the marina and going back to anchor to finish off some of the winter work, will the bad weather let me fit the new lithium batteries ? AND repairing impact damage then sanding and revarnishing , summer is fast approaching and I do not intend to be making repairs in the coming months, LETS GET FINISHED !

A great video Ian, those 24 min went by in a jiffy.
For separating the chains in the locker you could use some very thin triplex, this would easily just break when you do need to use it in an emergency.

That foam looks interesting that you have used to protect the chain locker. Looks like it will drain well.

Thanks for watching , the foam is more of a plastic mat which allows the air to get under the cabin and prevent corrosion through hull contact and sea water.

yes, you are a solo sailor but I can't help but think about how much more alone you''d feel if you didn't have decades of experience and learning on board with you. Just in this episode, you showed some insights that would have escaped many another boater!
