I think this would be a stupidly silly idea but a proton packed Kronos or the off brand that feeds through a tube (loaded by the bottom I think it's the chaos)Happy New Year from the Midwest!
To Take it the next step to like Baz's Heavy Blaster, Strap a magnus masterkey to it, Then it would be closer.
oooooh, yes! It would need a longer barrel to be able to attach it but that would not be too hard to manage. An easier option would be a Big Shock as a foregrip. Magnus would be far more awesome though...will have to look into that!

It seems the next step now has to be to build a contraption that casts your own rival rounds to feed all the hungry hungry proton packs. And maybe equip a terrascout with garden weasels.
Make the battery for the blower built into the backpack and have a rig to control it, i.e finger switch on a glove and the proton pack could be used in a stock khaos
I actually did this with TYR's tank to allow me to reload hopper blasters.
Love the build, Captain! Always liked the Khaos, even if I could never rationalize getting one to myself. Cool to see it given some love! Nerf on, sir, and Happy new Year!

Have you thought of maybe also using the connector for the agitator to power say a modular skeleton key air tank for absolvers and the like just a random idea
I had not. The agitator jack would not be the right jack though. It only has power when the Rev switch is pressed. However, the second jack that would allow power to come from the backpack would always be live if you are using an internal battery so you could jack into that and power a secondary blaster...worth looking into! I may have to build some modular attachments like rocket launchers with powered pumps! Thanks!
@@CaptainXavier No problem! And if that's the case wouldn't it be better to put a third jack near the front of the blaster so it can be used off of the internal battery or a backpack battery?

Honestly that sounds good especially if you went with the theme on the weapons. I was thinking Atomic system, since Proton Pack (obvious inspiration here), hand used weapons would be Electron Blasters, and then Proton-Pack mounted weapons would be Neutron Bombardiers.

You know what we need? A rival blaster with a similar look and feel to the khaos but a slimmer carbine type profile with select fire between semi and full auto, with the same magazine design but cut in half verticallly to reduce width and to feel like a normal magazine. Maybe increase length if we need anything more than 20 rounds.
The khaos and the perseus are the sickest and slickest looking rival blasters

Never much cared for the P90 form factor personally...but it would be very easy to convert. Not as easy as the Zeus though.

You're right, the Khaos doesn't get enough love. I have two at the moment and I really should do something with them. One I want to custom make some Mega Magazines for it and the other I want to integrate some kind of XBZ masterkey into it.
They should have designed it to take 4 standard 12rd rival mags. It would have been a much better system.

I agree the Khaos does not get enough love! I can't wait to see your Proton Pack Charger.
I am not currently planning to do the Charger. I am not a fan of the form factor and it would be more difficult to make Proton Pack compatible than the Zeus. Not impossible, but not, in my opinion, worth it.

Now comes my true question, can you make this shoulder mounted
This needs to be a standard issue weapon for the crew auxiliary. It's lighter, more sleek and easy-to-use than the Nemesis and arguably even the Persis with a more controlled rate of fire. It's cheaper and easier to find than any other full auto rival blaster right now. And magazines are currently very cheap to in case you need backup ammo.
Or this done with a Zues.
The problem is that Proton Packs (the backpack module) are not yet available to everyone.

Hopper Fed. Springer. Dual Barrell shotgun.
Like each barrel fires 2-3 rival balls like an Atlas.
Really you could combine 2 atlas with a shared pimp action and trigger. With a gravity fed mechanical agitator and loader driven by the pump action.
Am I crazy? But imagine a Hopper with say 80 rival balls, loading a spring action shotgun that fires 4-6 balls per trigger pull.
That would literally be the first effective shotgun primary?

Awesome build, Captain! This piece has a great aesthetic. No X logo? Or did I just not see it? Any plans to do this with an old school Nerf crossbow? Probably tough to make it modular, but it could look pretty sweet.
I still need to add the logo. And no, no plans to shove flywheels in a Kenner Crossbow.

Brilliant! I was just about to ditch my two Khaos blasters, partially because I only had one 40-round magazine between the two. I also figured that somewhere down the line, someone would make a proton pack for the Perses (which I do not own yet).
Well, thanks to you, the Khaoses could find redemption! Albeit not cheaply. What would be the total cost of this pack, including blaster upgrades, magazine conversion and ammo?
No idea. The actual materials are not that expensive. Getting access to them is a different matter.
Your joking me I thought about this and got all the parts to build it (I’m making it now with a nerf charger) I was wondering why you didn’t make it modular so I was going to do it and show you at afterworlds I am sadden by the news you had the same idea as me
