Bobby is a smart dude, I haven’t been to a con in years and was on the fence about going just to see their booth but now that there is THAT exclusive figure at Terrificon I literally paused the video to go order tickets. Thankfully they’ll be available online later in the year but it’s actually awesome that there’s gonna be a con exclusive that will be readily available there and then later online.
It blows me away that the only thing cooler than all these announcements and previews is that I didn’t see a single spoiler on TH-cam or facebook (at least in the groups I’m in). That alone is AFAF.
Feels like every third item is an exclusive. Great stuff but it sucks for completists that don’t have the ability to go to the conventions and then have to pay secondary market prices for them. Unfortunately I think this line just became a “collect what I can” franchise.

Custom Head Packs and Hand Packs is such a smart move! In addition, I LOVE the idea of consistently being able upgrade the Vanguard. As collectors, sometimes we get bored and sell stuff off, but having something you can always adjust and make new is awesome!
Some impressive announcements. Bobby has talked about hand and head packs. I'm just worried about the alpha and bravo attached to them and the impact on my credit card. Awesome seeing the Vanguard extended out. Again something he has mentioned. The factory coming to him with the muddy version was cool. They are probably looking at the line thinking stuff is exciting, what can we do.

what a fantastic show. Really pushing the line forward while also taking care of what came in the line before. Really pumped for the Head Pack. the new Trigger head and beat up looking Kerak. Biker Bar Pandora is amazing. If u can figure out how to get a bike out for her, that maybe comes with a motorcyle helmet that can be swapped onto this figure.👍 It looks great in the all black AND the all white. What would it look like in all red? the flocking and vac metal prospects are very exciting for the future. Trigger with flocking could be killer. And i think i speak for everyone when i say "Vac Metal Praetorian when??" you're really knocking it out of the park with this line. I could see 100 Bone Collector, Night Ops Senshi, Praetorian and Bloody Biker Pandora all being on ppls top 10 figures of the year lists. Its insane to have that many must buy figures all in the same time period. for future Head Packs could we get another Senshi head. Possibly wearing a red blindfold ala "Kenshi" from Mortal Kombat. Heck it could be sick to do a whole Senshi upgrade pack with more samurai inspired weaponary. Would also love translucent red Swarm Trooper and Scarab heads to put on the Swarm Horde figure. super job. Keep it up. we appreciate it
It would be much more fun it the action points were on a seperate piece of cardboard inside the backaging. We want to keep the packaging in good shape for storage, displays, and moving. (Of course, we take the figures out to play with!)
My mom is a breast cancer survivor so I’m definitely getting an extra pink Steel Brigade for her. Do you think you’ll be doing the custom file cards for them again. I’d love to make one to give to her with it.
Bobby I am a huge GI Joe Fan and last year you caught my eye with that Blowback Sniper figure and Killswitch, the headpack etc....that Swarm vehichle, these head and hand packs are great!!!! That vehichle is the most rad thing ever! As in it just reached out of from the 80s and choke slamed me rad!!!! WoW!! Imagine a swarm cycle w pods that open and send swarm drones to attack!! You have a forever fan and loyal customer now!!! You have no strings to hold u down!! Those middle finger hands haha just too awesome!
Glad I caught this on here, I just got my first Valaverse figure (they're hard to get in the UK without crazy shipping) with my second on the way, so I'm excited to see these reveals! Still hoping that someone doing these 6" lines will pick up the Resident Evil license, but that's wish fulfillment. I wonder if we'll ever see Valaverse do Action Force Action Force, haha. Would love to see Red Shadows or Quarrel from these guys.
I really hate the blister cards. They just don’t display well. I was really happy with your windowed boxes. The side art was great. Love the complete file card as well.

The muddy tires (an excellent name for a driver right?) on the Vanguard give it that much more realistic and gives it a "used" look all military vehicles could have. I have a good friend who is going through breast cancer treatments currently, and I lost a very good family friend decade back to it as well. The fact that you are tying proceeds of the Steel Brigade figure to a breast cancer foundation shows your good character, again. I'll definintely order a few to help this effort a long. Thanks!!! Also, that Swarm vehicle and "Rob" the pilot. Great design, and cool figure layout. I've got some plans for that as well. Question: One day will we get a non grimacing Kerak head or figure? I tried to be a completist with this line. Ive gotten everything up to this point that’s available. However this has gotten out of hand. These exclusives and extremely limited run items are outrageous and youve become like a new Mcfarlane. Five Vanguards is not just pricey but who has the room? Bone Collector variant is $400+. The randomness is the worst part. Make the damn things a separate purchasable item to give everyone a chance. This is just this one event. This is going to repeat every year as long as the line exists and that sounds like the opposite of fun. Mcfarlane is getting reamed for what he’s doing in regard to almost every figure having a chase because collectors hate the abuse of this most 90s of practices.

Speaking of Swarm Trooper/Scarab re-issue: with the release of the CST Praetorians and the advanced shield tech they have could the re-issues be Generation 2 Swarm Armor? I got my Horde and Tracer right next to me as I type this and I've been thinking for a while if they had a scaled down shield tech for the Gen 2 Armor to cover vulnerable areas the actual plates don't cover? In both the comics and novel despite being so advanced they are very vulnerable to small arms fire especially when in flight. Of course Swarm Troopers/Scarabs would need some type of power pack if they don't have flight packs. 3. The Swarm Locust pilot looks AMAZING!!! My first thought when I saw it was that the armor would be an awesome starting point for Gen 2 Scarab Armor that has a distinct Swarm look compared to the original Bone Collector heavy armor. Outstanding presentation!! Every single one of the announcement was great!! If you are able to launch a animated shows on a stream channel (Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, or Max) before the competition, you will knock it out of the park while attracting more audience!! I think that is a essential piece that is missing nowadays when it comes to collecting and it is that connection with the story and toys. Remember what you have created, this is history!!

Amazing reveals, as always. I'm not a statue collector, but if you did a limited run 12 inch Pandora or Steel Brigade, I'd be all over that! Favorite reveals are the Garrison reissue, muddy Vanguard, and Swarm Locust.
Me too man, just this year. I'm all over buying one or two of them in support. Hoping it's an online event deal, not just at a con, so as many as possible can support.
I ordered the muddy version of the Vanguard this past Tuesday, along with Covert Ops Condor, Eclipse and Urban Commando. Can’t wait for them to arrive. How about for Vanguard upgrades making a working top hatch (instead of the no working plug it comes with), and a gun turret where the guns actually move up and down and has some shielding in the front where the guns are so the gunner isn’t exposed to enemy fire from the front? Oh, and an actual platform in the gun turret for a figure to stand on so he/she isn’t sitting on a piece of “metal” plating with legs dangling?

I ordered the muddy version of the Vanguard this past Tuesday, along with Covert Ops Condor, Eclipse and Urban Commando. Can’t wait for them to arrive.
How about for Vanguard upgrades making a working top hatch (instead of the no working plug it comes with), and a gun turret where the guns actually move up and down and has some shielding in the front where the guns are so the gunner isn’t exposed to enemy fire from the front? Oh, and an actual platform in the gun turret for a figure to stand on so he/she isn’t sitting on a piece of “metal” plating with legs dangling?
Yeah I have both the Gray and Tan. I need the Pink one for my Lady. She’s a breast Cancer survivor. I want to gift her one.
