Absolutely! These first three videos were all about the Flagg but I've filmed an epic battle on the Classified Flagg. I'll try to get it edited and posted this week. I also have a battle scene with ARAH figures I'll try to get edited and up next week 😁
Amazing work, commitment and sheer discipline to even attempt such a venture. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful work of art with all of us. Years ago, my mother was able to purchase a U.S.S. FLAGG, from the local Target at a clearance price of $50! I had it for years. Unfortunately, my father thought playing with toys as I got older was something I needed to, "Grow out of." I had a jealous amount of G.I. Joes and one day, everything was gone, Now with your skills, at least there is the potential to rebuild and create new memories. Thank you so much!
Those are some really kind words! I can't tell you how much I appreciate them! It was 3 brutal months of day and night modeling. I persevered to finish it. It was so worth the effort. That is such a great price your mother got it for. I never had one so this is my way of making up for it, trying to give everybody some great memories. Thank you again SO much!
This thing is definitely a monstrosity. A true labor of love here. I see a lot of opportunities to upgrade quite a bit, like the computers and the emergency phone in the pillar, some of the controls and such. Very cool, good work.
You're exactly right! It has been a true labor of love. You hit that nail right on the head. My mind was reeling at all the stuff I could do to model it more in the fashion of the new classified figures. For this one I had to keep my focus because I wanted to make it like my childhood dream just a lot lot bigger. I have a bunch of original designs coming out that are going to be really awesome and super full of detail!
Sweet Merciful Zeus!!! This is brilliant!!! I can't even imagine how long the total print time on this must have been. However, the level of detail is impeccable! Bravo, sir!
Lots of love and time modeling to make this is close to the original as I can! It is so awesome to hear people reflecting on such great memories in their childhood! That is definitely what it's all about! Thank you!
What joy I had putting the finishing touches on it! It has been quite the journey and thank you for following along! I have a lot more crazy projects coming up!
Amazing the design and talent put in is incredibly done. Thanks for sharing. Would love to see how long my 4x4 build plate would take to print this lol.
This looks awesome. You need to make some of the aircraft how. I wish I could learn my 3D printer. I’d love to make a GI Joe F-15E Strike Eagle. I worked on them for 12 ½ yrs in the Air Force. GI Joe is why I joined the Air Force. I loved aircraft but didn’t want to be stuck out in sea.
Thank you! Yes sir. I'm getting everything organized and making an assembly guide this week. I'll be posting about it on the Facebook groups this week 😁
This is a great 3-D print project. You did a really good job…. but like the vehicles that we see in classified.. classified has been delivering a whole new level of vehicles and figures.. upgraded, you might say. I would really like to see you take this to the next level and upgrade this awesome 3-D printed flag… I’m not sure what state you live in, but I’d be more than happy to do electrical work and maybe install some servos and remote control stuff… again, you did an amazing job. I would really like to see this project hit the actual classified level instead of just being a replica.
I really appreciate it! This one I was just honestly going back to my childhood and something I never had. That's the reason I had created it like this. It was hard to contain myself to keeping to the original. I had so many ideas floating around. I live in South Carolina but this will probably wind up this project. I have a lot of projects backed up right now. But good news is I have some wild vehicles coming out that are original and they will be super full of detail 😁. Thanks again!
