i don't quite understand the car sale one. is it that the guy recording had just found out his car he got from there is faulty? how is he being a karen? (genuine question)
I think he brought his car into this auto shop for the first time because his oil light went on for an oil change, but the representative is saying that it needed to be done a longggg time ago cause it was empty empty and then the guy recording is confused on how he should know that he needed to do this. Sorry if that was confusing.

The presence of cameras aside, mental health is not entirely the real issue here - prevention and especially far firmer forms of law enforcement are clearly needed here to deal with these situations - police officers and security officers do need pain compliance training as a specific restraint method and in the case of those under 21, police officers should have the additional legal power to administer corporal punishment, even to suspects if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable
