I am an 87 year old white man, in Hawaii my neighbor was a black man who was a retired school teacher. He told me something happened to him like this when he was in college. Maybe some day this kind of bigotry will be no more.

This will never stop until racism and hatred of black people and other people of color stops. I am a 69 year old black man. I am a retired principal and college professor. I live in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia. I have had police pull a gun 3 times. One time when l was 21 in the inner city of Philadelphia and twice in the suburbs. What saved me was the talk l had with my parents at age 17 and God. I always remain calm and follow their orders even when they are totally wrong. The video is ok but the truth is a cop of 30 years who is also racist doesn't change over night. Diversity training and other types of training to combat the behavior of cops like the sargent.

It is real! And it is possible to stay real. I am white, my parents and the majority of my family is from the midwest. Most of my family came to San Francisco during the war. All races were here and we were friends. Of course not all. Bur so many accept others because of who people are.

I am glad his father was able to get to his rescue. What about the child who don’t have a parent with such title like the young man to come to his rescue? Clearly you can see the race card in play, without doing anything he becomes a suspect.
In the past one is pulled over by the police you sit in your vehicle the officer requires your documents check it out, give you a ticket if warranted. Then you get on your way. Now you are ask to stepped out of your vehicle then an altercation started. The police have it to say you are resisting arrest,abused of officers, and there you go. This needs to stop 🛑

What a horrible police officer this man is.. Straight off the cuff he is a racist.. It doesn't matter what colour our skin is we are all human & we deserve to be treated with dignity & and respect.. How would this police officer feel if this happened to his son.. I bet he would have flown off the deep end & caused all hell to break loose.. Thomas Davis what a fantastic father you are teaching your son Jerome Davis how to be a man & be respectful towards other people even when they weren't to him..
