I have the mini 4 pro which I use for everyday carry due to its versatility about being able to fly everywhere with few restrictions…. The Mavic 3 Pro truly is just essentially a cinema drone and its ability to stand off and still take amazing quality means price was easily justifiable. However for pure fun I have both Avata’s started with first and had such fun with it then once the 2 was announced it made perfect sense and the joy you have being able to fly in at speed where the other drones don’t means I could never not have an Fpv drone
Inspire 3 is my favorite. I fly single op and multi task between flying with the fpv camera and filming on the main camera. The dual display is a game changer and allows you to view both angles on one screen
I liked the scene where you were taking off with the 8 propellers FPV with $12k camera on it. The thrill on your face was so real :) Good job Peter. as always.
Super detailed breakdown for all the drones…..I still want to get into FPV….got to get back in the SIM. I have the first DJI FPV Controller and it’s huge but works for the SIM. Just got to learn it.
I have a HUSBAN 501S, The Air, Air 2, Air 2S and just recently bought the AVATA2. I can't wait to start flying the AVATA 2. My HUSBAN got stuck in my neighbor's tree for about two years. It finally fell down after some high winds and it stilled worked even after being in the elements for that long.

First off love your videos , I bought the Avata 2 to start off in fpv . I’m coming from a Dji spark so it’s a big up grade. I would love to get good enough to fly the Helion 10
I have the dji mini 4k and it’s a truly excellent beginner drone, I had never never flown a drone before and this just made it so easy and it also has a actually good camera for the price

DJI mini 4k or NEO as first drone ? I found both Fly more combo at almost the same price. Note that I am a newbie in drone flight etc. I would love to have some quality in videos for social media (Instagram, etc)
Peter a friendly advice as an audio engineer🥲 Use some desser on your voice because these -s get a little harsh. Don’t put too much though. Btw I’m planning buying the Air 3s. My Mini 2 is a little bit old 😂
Dji mini 4k is awesome value for money. Sure it doesn't have the fancy features of obstacle avoidance and way points etc but to get you flying it's incredible.
It has downward and backwards positioning sensors wich is BASICALLY a light version of obstacle avoidance. I’ve always felt like it’s pretty similar. But yeah, not proper obstacle avoidance as the air 3S!

No joke I started flying RC helicopters when I was three so I’m 13 now and I’ve been flying drones for longer than you. I fly the DJI Avada and the DJI mini three.
It seems like the requirement to have a spotter while using FPV should be worthy of a mention. As I understand FAA regulations you cannot go & fly an FPV by yourself, even Part 107. It's a bit odd you mention requiring a second for the Inspire, but not the FPV drones.
You can fly FPV without a spotter in some places, i didn’t dive in to the regulations of any of these drones since it’s up to the country/region you’re in.
i just got the dji mini 4k for christmas, i love it. the camera is really good and its not to expensive as a first drone.

@Kiro-c in that case you should go for the Air 2S if you want to be able to fly in heavy winds. But the Mini4 Pro is a WILDLY good drone!
The best combination for me, the mavic 3 pro, mini 4 pro and the inspire 2 with the x5s
