    What is up artists and movers! I know it’s been a little minute since I’ve given you guys a stretch routine so today I’m bringing you a gentle stretch routine fit dancers. These stretches are the perfect gentle stretches to do on your rest days off and will help you increase the mobility and flexibility in your lower back, stretch out your hamstrings, and open up your hips.     Currently in a super dance-heavy musical and LOVE doing this routine before 8hr dance rehearsals! Opens up my lower muscles to get whipped around yet still hold my balance lol
