    An absolute master of his art/craft a fabulous actor comedian with great timing and wonderful script writer etc YES I AM MOST CERTAINLY A BIG FAN OF DAVID'S 🙂

    I think that when people play Kenneth Williams, they can't resist imitating him in the _Carry On_ movies. It was especially true of Michael Sheen in _Fantabulosa._
    This is not the real man. Actors playing KW should start with his diary, and build an impression from that. Then, _only_ look at that one Parkinson interview where he got quite serious about politics, and also at those interviews where there's no live audience present.
    In these, other than the (very Welsh) "preciseness" of his diction, he doesn't come across much differently to anyone else.
    PS. Kenneth Williams is often described as a comedian. This is inaccurate. He was a professional actor.

      Do you actually believe that is how David portrays the great man? This is simply a quick link that the producer/director of Look North has asked David to shoot a simple humorous piece nothing more please don't make false assumptions about David's brilliant and highly successful production do you actually think if all he was doing was the "Oh ello" KW his show would be anything of note?
