I used medium on the gas oven which I think it was a little too high for a gas oven, so I think next time I'll put it a little lower. I had to use a gluten free crust and it was not as good but still hit the spot. The giradelli chocolate wafers as the chocolate layer and it was soooo good. Thanks for the recipe it was great! Oh and I forgot I used an apricot preserves for a glaze on top
