Great garbage find !! Earthquake chainsaw will it run?

Chainsaw, garbage find, Diy repair. Found this Earthquake brand chainsaw in the trash. The engine is possibly stuck. Can it run again or will it end up back in the trash?

some people may talk about buying a more expensive saw, but if this saw works for 3 months or even a year it was worth the time invested

Good thing that piece of screw didn't crack the flywheel or take out the coil. Good catch guy's.

It's not done till you turn the chain around and slack it off a bit.

I have one of those hunks of junk. Spent more time trying to get it started than actually using it. Better off buying a quality product, like Stihl.
