While I admire this speaker's scholarship, I certainly think his vision for a general nuclear disarmament in the Middle East is both naive and immoral. Israel is a Western styled democracy fighting for its survival against tyrannies and theocracies that harbor genocidal designs against it. To equate Israel's right to own nuclear weapons to Iran's (here, I'm anticipating some wise guy asking "If Israel has them, why not Iran?") is ridiculous, if you are not an anti-semite, and only understandable as a position if you wish it harm.

If you look up sort by most recent , I have just posted some ideas on the technical side of what was going on, if this diversion really did occur. I suspect it did but the numbers are flaky ie it could be 70 kg or 110 kg.
