Hey Miso, just wanna say it really comes across how much you’re enjoying making these videos with the creativity of the openings, whether it be makeup, a skit, some green screen or what have you. Keep doing what makes you happy, it’s really nice to see
Fun fact about the green pact! It’s not just a social code, iirc it was a pact made with the gods themselves. They’re only allowed to eat plant matter that falls to the ground in valenwood (though they can eat plant matter in any other province just fine). If they’re found to break this pact, they aren’t executed or jailed, but sent to a primordial realm of creation to float for eternity (I could be wrong on this, I’m just saying what I remember. Idk valenwood lore very well)
@@everythingsalright1121 A Goblin, Tiefling, and Human recruit a Dragonborn to their party and go to the Yawning Portal to eat. The Dragonborn ordered a Hero's Feast™ and unable to pay for it flee from the city watch onto a spelljammer (boat spaceship) and feast across the multiverse.
While the first book focused on races of D&D the second focuses on varying settings, Spelljammer, Dragonlance, Forgotten Realms, and Ravenloft in particular, with the Faewild added as a bonus.
Your presentation and commentary are awesome as usual!!! Tbh tho a part of me is always looking forward to your charmingly endearing and silly intros lol I loved the stove screen bit
It feels weird to have a recipe be nonchalant when it comes to cooking venison. You have to really careful as to not overcook venison it can be too chewy and dry if you cook it like any other meat. With the lack of fat you want to almost stir fry it in small chunks or thinner strips, hot and quick with a fair amount of butter or a nice oil. It also lends itself well to slow cooker treatment as liquid will keep it moist and it will be low and slow not overcooking it. Whoever wrote this didnt know what they were talking about to just say cook it until browned all over or rarely works with venison. Depending on the quality you can cook it like beef and leave it a little pink so its not overdone (as added bit of advice dont do this if you dont know how the meat is sourced and from a quality farm raised deer you should not and cannot do this with any ol' venison!), but its a bit more like chicken breast or turkey because it can dry out and become bad if you do too much.
Patrolling the Mojave makes you wish for a nuc- wait, what am I saying??? * reads script * Ah, there we go. I used to be an adventurer like you until I had a tummy ache for eating poorly cooked mudcrab and had to retire... like... forever.
I like this Cookbook! The recipes seem unique and tasty. I have seen the Patreon list, so I hope the scooby doo cookbook will get reviewed one day. It has potential!
Another great review my guy! The game series definitely has a special place in my heart as it was one of the main games I played together with my brother. Keep up the great work
Wow! Is that the first review copy you have received? Your in the big leagues now! Love your videos as always, ever thought of returning to some of the more popular books and doing 3 more recipes from them?
Actually I've been fortunate enough to get a lot of review copies from publishers. Some of the vids I did before were review copies and many more to plow through. And yeah eventually I wanna revisit some of the older cookbooks to dig up some more interesting recipes 👍
Hahaha whenever you say 'Sauce' it sounds like the EpicMealTime guy. Great stuff. Nice cookbook! Sad to see the Sopranos Cookbook only getting one vote on your patreon, I bet the Baked Ziti from that book is really good.
Volume II being more experimental makes sense if Victoria Rosenthal was responsible for the recipes; I love her stuff, but living in the foreign countryside makes it always a small fright to look through the ingredient lists of her books XD On the bright side, I always remember her food that I've made with fondness, because finding the ingredients and making it has always felt like an enriching adventure. I only hope the books will return to also include liters and grams in the recipes, rather than the conversion tables at the end, if only because those few seconds saved makes a big difference over time. I like the detail that the book is written by Urzhag gro-Larak, while the real-life authors merely "translated" it, it is a fun thing. There really is a difference between the videos! I definetely appreciate the voice commentary while you make the food! Thinking back on the older videos you started with and your long-lived rivalry with pastries, do you feel like you have also learned new things and stepped out of your 'comfort zone' in food-making doing these videos? I look forward to finding this book soon!
I think I've definitely learned some new things, especially in baking as you mentioned. I feel that now I kind of know what to look out for and I'm more aware of what can go wrong and catch them before they do. Thank you for your continued support and I hope you enjoy the book!
I know you don't usually cover unofficial cookbooks, but if you ever do, id love to see you cover the unofficial legend of zelda cookbook cuz it's my favorite game franchise! one of them at least
Admittedly the unofficial ones are pretty low on my list but I'm hoping one day we actually get to see an official Zelda cookbook. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Place your bets - What year is Elder Scrolls 6 gonna come out???
Somewhere between now and the heat death of the universe
Either tomorrow or never!
I say since they started full development after starfield and most games get around 5 years of development the earliest is probably 2028.
Calling it now, 2029, second business quarter.
Tomorrow! It'll be called "screw you this is Skyrim, but now you can eat dirt and you can get different nutrients depending on which type you eat"
Dude, your food presentation skills have come so far! I really noticed it in this video, great to see you continually improving
Appreciate that! I'm always trying to get better. 😊
"But at least SOMETHING got a sequel" BURNNNNNN. LOL I cackled.

Appreciate the kind words! The shot of me playing Skyrim on the oven was pretty fun to put together 😀
Once again, asking for Magic: The Gathering Cookbook. Great Video Thank you for reviewing cookbooks!
It's definitely on my list! I keep putting it up as an option in my Patreon poll but it just never seem to get the most votes
"Alright now for our Feast of the Unicorn we need to start with a whole horse head..."

Thanks for the context! I've never heard of the concept before but I found it really interesting. Definitely sounds intense!
Thank the gods. I need some tasty food to help me through this year
I'm getting this cookbook, I love Elder Scrolls!!
D&D also has a second cookbook, and I think you should read it just for the plot alone, it's genuinely enterrtaining.
Ooh it has a plot? So tell us!

If you live on the west coast you should really think about starting a video game themed catering service.
This channel is proof of concept.
Always looking forward to these vids!!
Love your videos, it’s crazy to see how much you’ve improved and how far you’ve come:)!
Thanks! I'm always trying to make the videos better bit by bit 😊
That intro was genius 😭
All the dishes looked so good.🤩 I gotta get this book.
Hahaha whenever you say 'Sauce' it sounds like the EpicMealTime guy. Great stuff. Nice cookbook! Sad to see the Sopranos Cookbook only getting one vote on your patreon, I bet the Baked Ziti from that book is really good.
Maybe the Elder Scrolls votes are gonna convert to Soprano votes! 🍝
There is a few of the recipes in the first one that are staples in my house now, this one looks fun.
Nice! I'm glad you found some good ones in the first book!

ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO!
Hey thanks guy! Let's run some Civ 7 with the boys in the near future (when it goes on sale)
On occasion, I went and wrote in my recipe book - "Recipe: Dragon's Dream. Ingredients:A whole head of cheese."To make it more fun.
Part 2 would be great as well as Minecraft series
La ringrazio per aver messo la lingua italiana. ❤️ Saluti da Venezia
Literally was just about to boot up Skyrim. Perfect
Your bookshelf is awesome! Please consider doing Snoop Dogg
I'm not waking up in a cart, I use alternate start!
Posted just in time for dinner!
Playing Elder Scrolls on the oven is top tier gaming 😂
Totally forgot it's been 14 years since Skyrim came out 😂 feel old
The intro :D
By Ysmir! We're cooking again!
Meal looks absolutely delicious, might have to give it a go myself, especially the salat. Sorry Bosmers, in advance.
Give it a go! And I'm sure the Bosmers will understand 😄
9:13 of course Nazeem is here
💯
I used to be a cook like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee
Classic!
Grate vid.
All the food looks good, i appreciate your attention to detail.
The gourmet. Just don't add the jarin root
Damn, never been this early
Hi
MMMMMMMMHHHHH to 2025
Ain't no way I'd eat venison these days, I've seen too many deer with wasting disease. Prions are no joke.
Its a crime that the recipie had you clean out the wok/pan after frying the venison. All that flavor gone to waste!
So I assume the Powerpuff Girls Cookbook is next
Maybe but every poll is a one off. Maybe the Elder Scrolls voters will put their votes on something else for the next poll. It's always a surprise!
@MisoHungrie alright. I'd join the voting but I don't have patreon
This is great and all but wheres the skooma recipe?
Got it right here! th-cam.com/video/R41cgyBK368/w-d-xo.htmlsi=j0oIuHmnWXVRYL_d
re-release of cook book like they did with skyrim, i see.
Last!
Weenis
This is of course made for humans and is made up for fun. BUT I find ironic that khajits dish is a sweet, cats can’t taste anything sweet like sugar.
Questo è un video assurdo. Non so se hai già fatto quelli di fallout. Dovresti pensarci
