They are the stock tires and wheels, but they’re a special “soft-lip” rim that’s an upgrade from the factory. I paid extra for the rounded lip because it makes the tire look a lot better in my opinion versus the traditional square lip rim that you would typically see most common. Hope that helps! 😎⚡️🤙
I had the same bike with 16" apes with 1" riser. The ones on this bike are 14" or 16" it hard to tell because I can't see the risers. My best guess would be 14".
@@kennethjohnson4408 I never had any issues with mine. There's some things you need to figure out before getting them. Obviously the shorter you are the smaller the apes will need to be. There's many different styles out there. There's also the width between each bar. Then there is the size of bar you want.There's inch and quarter and inch and a half. You don't want your hands to be much higher than shoulder height. Go look around in local shops and on line and talk to the guys your going to have installing them and they will help figure alot of this out for you. Good luck.
Hi from the UK, nice setup, baffled or non baffled? I have a 2011 deluxe with Samson fishtails which I’ve just installed and purchased an FP3 to tune it. Since putting on these pipes the bike runs like a dog, I’ve been backwards and forwards with V&H regarding tuning maps with no luck. I’ve also done auto tune and it still coughs and splutters when i pull away. I should say my bike also has stage 3 high compression cylinders which i don’t think the FP3 can handle. The bike seems to run lean and hot. Did you have any issues when you installed the Samson pipes? Did you auto tune or did Samson provide you with a custom map?
