Installation was super easy when using the brackets from Sherpa for this specific light bar, paired with the Baja Designs light bar wiring harness which we wired right into our switch panel. Wiring question! So the main light switch is in a 30amp + and - and then the back light switch is on a 10 amp switch just in the +? Nothing going to the negative side of that switch needed?

That's correct. Works perfectly fine. The light is still grounded through the 30amp location.

How is the glare from the light bar? I just bought the same set up - except with clear lenses - and am curious if I’m going to need to put an anti-glare sticker on my hood.

You will get some glare just depends on how bad it is. The angle of your light and the color of your paint will make a difference. If it were me, I would probably put a anti-glare sticker on the hood. The hood glare can be distracting to what you are really trying to see.
