Thank you for keeping Golgari alive in pioneer! I've wanted to play golgari ever since converting to Pioneer from modern jund after mh2 but I could never get it to work. Your videos kept me from giving up on that dream and now it's my main deck I play at events ❤
I gotta say that I really like it. It looks fantastic. Haven't watched the video yet, but it's a good sign that we're on so many 4-ofs and 3ofs. Traditionally, that's the sign of a well tuned list.
Happy to see you back! In this past month, My deck is slowly simillar to your list but you always innovate which is a breath of fresh air. Keep doing your good job!
I think you should get more familiar with how Amalia combo works (actually both you and your opponent). Game 1 you conceded for no apparent reason - I mean they would get to explore a bunch and gain life and put something they want on top, but the board would be empty (they kill everything of their own and then decay finishes off Amalia). Then you get to untap with a full hand of value creatures and removal. I would say you are firmly ahead in that game. Game 3 opponent actually lost the game on the spot with that play, since Amalia is already larger than 20/20 and he wont be able to stop the loop (and therefore would have to concede to clock). Overall that deck has quite a few tricky interactions and is pretty popular right now, so you'll probably get a lot more experience with playing against it in further leagues.
Thanks for pointing this out! I appreciate it. I’m definitely feeling out the matchup as I get more experience - it has some odd complexities as you stated. Cool stuff!

I feel the exact same way. We go 2-3 in this one, but 4-1 in the next league. The consistency is great

Scapeshift and The World Tree - "Search your library for..." Why no Ashiok last match?
Very true. I missed this one. My bad. Thanks for pointing it out! The odd matchup threw me for a loop
