Hello Everyone and thank you Chyna for taking the time to make this video. I am 3 months into my locs journey and appreciate you guys tips to grow and maintain healthy locs💯☺️ Stay Bless everyone 🙏🏼
I am a newbie. 4 weeks into this journey. I was a loose natural for at least 10 years and I never grew big long voluptuous hair. I’m being a realist. I don’t expect to have los as long as yours in 5 years or even 6. That’s crazy. My hair doesn’t grow like that. I’m loving my locs and my new hair maintenance which is so minimal and that is enough. TFS
Always love seeing you and your locs. I know I slip in and out of good hydration. I made a year locd at the end of April. Just working on loving my hair and not having someone else to do it all the time. I am still having an issue with frizz....I have to get a handle on that. It doesn't look horrible however I still want it a little neater.
**massages hair while watching video** Your hair looks great as usual, I think my hair grows slow esp with not re-twisitng just taking a minute to see this hangtime. But I'm in no rush 🥰🥰
Hi thanks for videos there 10/10 just started my locsc 2 day ago. In regards to rice water how often do u use it? Just wasent to clear as its not part of your daily routine.
I don’t do the rice water like that to my locs but I would say once a month I wouldn’t do it too often. Totally up to you too, it differs from person to person .
I just started my locs but when I wet them to give them moisture, my hair gets super tangled and frizzy. Is that normal and should I still wet them every day? Love you and your videos! You’re so inspiring
Heyy and that is fine , that is part of the process. And remember when the locs are in the beginning stage you want them to tangled cause that’s what locs is tangled hair … you moisturize them how ever often you think your hair needs it. At least 3 2-3 times a week I would say.
That is definitely up to you, I personally wouldn’t retwist my locs every 2 weeks . I would try to stretch it to 3 but that’s just me. I know there’s people that retwist every 2 weeks .
FIRST OF ALL….. you look so beautiful !! ( per usual) 🤎 thank you for this video! I really needed some tips on having a healthy scalp! I knew it was important but never really knew how to achieve it. I’m still pretty new with my locs (5 months in) so I’m always up for learning.
Drinking plenty of water is a plus for my locs. I’m less dehydrated and so is my scalp…
Yessss drinking water is also major key!!

Yes ALOT of ppl don't understand water plays a VERY important part in growing healthy hair 💯 WATER,TIME, AND PRAYER NOT PRODUCTS

Is it healthy to re twist your locs after every two weeks
