I think it mostly boil down to the instrumentation and melody choices. I wouldn't really call it "Creepy" like I would the previous track and more so a bit eerie. Such as reusing the melody from "O, Zealous Customer!" which is by itself pretty off putting, as well as using those distorted strings and drum beats. Add to that unexpected changes like the drums fading away at irregular intervals and the incidental piano and you get something like this Thank you btw means a lot!
