    If you pray to God he bring in good customers . To me , there is always gonna be something wrong just because it won’t be perfect and if you get bad guests it’s not gonna be good no matter how attentive you are
    I always pray to God and often Jesus bring in right ppl to stay they are always happy even tho I know my place is not perfect
    And also tell your guests under description my place is not like a five star hotel
    Fix their mind with high expectations first. Then over deliver . 😉when they arrive , they see your place is way better than listing

    How do you automate check-in instructions if you have a smart lock that automatically sets up the code?
    I imagine this isn’t something that can’t be automated per guests but more like scheduled due to the code right?
    I use Guesty for my PMS.

      We use Airbnb, VRBO, and our own direct booking site. We use both a digital guidebook and a printed welcome book :)

      Yes I just bought our first STR. We’re in the hospitality industry but in terms of restaurants, catering and events, and want to extend this level of service to our guests, but loving your content as the experts in the field.

    is there an ability to pre set automations on when they receive these instead of remembering when to send ? does that make sense? i.e automatic when someone books a greeting message gets sent out

      It's better to ask and have an opportunity to address issues, than not ask at all and they give you a bad review

      We definitely would rather our guest share their feedback during their stay, while there is still time to resolve any concerns they have. With that said, complaints are few and far between. Are you currently at host?
