what is "pandam"???? is it jst a food colouring or is it a flavouring as well. also whre do you buy this pandam from in the UK
Hi it is spelled pandan. Its a type of plant extract, and you can find it on amazon.com if you search for it
In the beginning of the recipe you said you were using 20oz of glutinous rice flower, but when you added it you said it was 10oz. Do you only need 10oz? Or was 20oz in the beginning a mistake?
Hi sorry about that, in the beginning, she was referring to the bag as 20oz. The recipe itself requires 10oz of glutinous rice flour. Good catch!
