Property tax in HOU is 3.3% and HOA is $200/month plus insurance $10K for this kind of house. So, you have to have good income to affords this $2mIl house
Toll brothers have the most beautiful homes by far. Hands down. I can see myself in All the homes you show. Always dreaming of having one someday. ❤your videos.
I love the Woodson’s Reserve area, safe area with good neighbors, nice amenities, trails and easy access to all schools. CISD is one of the good school districts in the Houston metro area
I guess I am spoiled. I live on a 119. acre ranch over looking the ocean and all my neighbors are on large parcel of land too so we never even hear each other. No human or animal sounds whats so ever. The thought of living in a HOA with someone telling me how to live is not even a consideration in my mindset.
we have tons of videos on those and a whole playlist on the best deals on new homes go watch those!! reach out too we know where all the good areas are for those prices!
We love watching your videos. We’re looking to relocate to Houston in about two years and we will definitely get in touch with you and your team. We can’t wait to leave Chicago winter!
I’ve heard that the cops in Tx don’t run into the schools while the kids are getting slaughtered. But the weather is better than the Midwest, so it works out.
Planning to relocate to the Houston area in the next 2 to 3 years and would love to have any of these homes. They are beautiful and you guys show them so well. Definitely considering working with you when we’re closer to our move.
Currently in Calgary, AB Canada but looking to relocate to the Houston market. It's freezing here. I know you gents aren't used to those cold temps. Stay warm.
Chris - I'm leaving Mahogany SE in 2 weeks moving down to Houston. I ended up working with these guys and had been watching their videos for a while. See you there!
The one thing about a lot of Texas homes that I have noticed and am not the biggest fan of, is how the primary bedroom is usually isolated downstairs from the rest of the bedrooms. Where I'm from, the primary bedroom is generally upstairs on the same floor as most of the other bedrooms. They would probably be either at the end of a hallway or on the other side of the house on the same floor. But a two-story house with the primary bedroom being on the bottom floor is something I never really have been a fan of. If any Texans know why they do this, feel free to fill me in as it is a very confusing choice to me right now lol.
Fabulous homes by far.Thank you for showing us these beautiful homes Toll Brothers is my absolute favorite builder by far.The pricing of these homes are very affordable. If I ever move to Texas, I will be looking you brothers up for sure. House number one was all it for me but I loved all the homes you showed.😻😻
Guys, I have to ask why aren't the drive ways finished on the homes you are touring. I'm a Canadian and just blowen away by the Affordability to buy a house north of IAH. I've been to TX many times and have family in DFW. I'm thinking of it, guys. The cost of living in Vancouver, Canada, is so expensive.
Toll Brothers need to hire a better stager. Some of the decor is not up to par to the type of home or they need to have more upscale bedding and decor. Well depending on the area the homes are or the customers they are trying to appeal to.
Beautiful homes, prices are high though, problem is the only people that can afford this stuff are folks from New York or California that sold their little house out there for the same price and can afford these. Us Texans are getting priced out of our own towns because of this migration of lucky people who didn't do anything but sit somewhere long enough to sell it for a lot more than they bought it. I guess we will have to build some new cheap towns somewhere, but you builders will get in their jack those prices up too.
@NickAtNight84 That's exactly how I got priced out of living in NW Montana. I moved down to the Houston area and bought a house that would go for over a million in MT, but was only in the 400k's here. CA ruins itself and then works on other nice states. See Colorado.
I wish they wouldn't level the trees just to try and grow them back. These newer neighborhoods just barren and will need years to fill out and look proper.
I would like it more if they turn thr courtyard to the mushroom. Don’t people need a room for shoes and coats, and vacuum dusters. Don’t tell me to keep my shoes in my bedroom’s closet - yuck! Also. I would like a more roomy pantry.
This s NOT Houston! This is in Spring, 40 mins away, without traffic. So why the deception? I see this on so many house tours that are not located where they say they are.
The 1st house is perfection minus the tiny bedroom closet(s) $ is nothing when you're almost reaching perfection. Dont like neighbors but live al the windows, the lighting was off the chain and color scheme. Down south is where you get the most bang for your buck
Typical Toll Brothers style !! They did similar in San Ramon /Dublin area in California too , very tall elaborate but more traditional style way back in 2013
I would not go over 1M for Texas . The weather and property taxes are no joke. For that price I rather stay or get something in the Valley or SoCal . Love the style and even prices but not the location and weather not to mention politics in that state . Thank you for sharing. I actually liked the more affordable homes you guys showed in the past from 299K-400k
Not really my idea home, I detest open floor plan type of houses and farmhouse is another no no. I like classic and more character and this isn't it. 😶

I'll be in town within 90 days and I'm very interested in the 100 ft styles you showed in previous video
Beautiful home!❤
What about more affordable within 270k to 300k?
That’s what I’m talking about…
Amen
we have tons of videos on those and a whole playlist on the best deals on new homes go watch those!! reach out too we know where all the good areas are for those prices!
That’s all so cheap. Here in San Francisco a million dollar home is a fixer upper. But who wants to live in Texas? Not me!!

1 and 3 🔥🔥🔥 Motivation
One can only dream of owning this beautiful home. 😊

Ya im from north idaho and way over the snow!!!!
Bet you can't wait to move out of the city of Chicago. So you can get away from all the illegal aliens that are pouring into your city of Chicago.

Number 3 was really nice as well.
First house is the best.
I really love all 3 homes
Adios endless New England winters! Houston here I come!
Do not move here seriously
@@amorrbaby8354 why
Loving your videos from a family in Northamptonshire uk definitely thinking about investing ❤❤
Very lovely
#3 hands down, I'm not sure if the stove is the same as #2 because I loved that stove top!!! As long as my master is on the main floor, I'm good.
Toll Bros and Perry are my favorite homes to look at. Hopefully when rates go down some I will be able to purchase 🥺
Unfortunately if they go down the prices will sky rocket due to all the buyers. its better to buy now and refinance when they drop!
The third house. Waw!!
Currently in Calgary, AB Canada but looking to relocate to the Houston market. It's freezing here. I know you gents aren't used to those cold temps. Stay warm.
the humid cold here is no joke! but good thing it will be gone quick!
Chris - I'm leaving Mahogany SE in 2 weeks moving down to Houston. I ended up working with these guys and had been watching their videos for a while. See you there!
@driven2succeed141 That's awesome. We live in Sundance. Glad to hear you're making the move. Best of luck!! Hopefully we're not far behind.
Edmontonian here and it was -50c two weeks ago, my vehicle wouldnt start. A couple years more working in the oil sands and im moving to Texas.

Over 1.2 to 1.4 mill your welcome
Pretty Fabulous 💖
what one you like best??
How do you keep a home like that warm with such high ceilings? You could not pay me to live in a HOA.
Take a sip or shot every time they say, Jojo or Jackson🥃🥴😂
Would die of alcohol poison lol
@@KingAbaddon Won’t make it thru the first home tour💀
He must have named his kid Jackson as much as he loves saying Jackson!! Jeesh
Nice work guys! Do Pomona in Manvel TX, They have some nice homes down there
I wish I did not have to build, but I do not want HOA.
Which builder will built custom home on my lot in Richmond TX?
Didn’t know gallery furniture dude is still kicking. I left tx twenty years ago but will be back for the end 😅
In the name of JESUS. BLESS ME AND MY FAMILY 😢😢❤❤❤❤
I remember going to this exact model home back in 2021 and asking how much they'd sell the model for 😂
I'm from Iowa and in Iowa we've had over 3-4 foot of snow since December
YUCK!!!
Guys, I have to ask why aren't the drive ways finished on the homes you are touring. I'm a Canadian and just blowen away by the Affordability to buy a house north of IAH. I've been to TX many times and have family in DFW. I'm thinking of it, guys. The cost of living in Vancouver, Canada, is so expensive.
crazy how much home you get!! these are the show homes so no driveway for them and the garages are the sales offices!
😮 I really thought you guys were going to say starting at 1.2mil
All I need is 3000 sq. ft and no plyboard! Steel, wood, and brick like in Pittsburgh, Pa
Are these neighborhoods in a Good and Safe Area?..
2:52 and 30:01 - The empty tall space feel like a waste. I'd rather convert it into an extra room or a balcony at the top.
Personally I'd get a smaller house in that budget in West U or Heights. I like to do stuff in the city and it's an easy commute.
I agree these house so far out of Houston should be in the 700k max
What do you think about the bammel area
I liked the first house better. I really want a little separation between kitchen and living room.
Can you show single story toll brothers Home?
Toll Brothers need to hire a better stager. Some of the decor is not up to par to the type of home or they need to have more upscale bedding and decor. Well depending on the area the homes are or the customers they are trying to appeal to.

Every house that you show on your videos have HOA?
I would never buy in an HOA. Never ending price increases monthly expenses and no control over it.
what brand puff jacket is that?
Was it me or did we not see a door into the master bedroom of the last home? 😮 there was a doorway, a door for the restroom. No pocket door even.
Much cheaper than California. I’m considering moving there after retirement😊
It's snowing oh my God I live in Los Angeles I don't know if I can handle that
Just 2 days in the whole year
What are the prices
Is that SNOW??? 🙀
What model is the 1st house.
This is why so many people are relocating to Texas. This same $1 million dollar home would cost $5 million to $6 million dollars in Ohio.
How is 800K + million home affordable or budget in any way?
@NickAtNight84 That's exactly how I got priced out of living in NW Montana. I moved down to the Houston area and bought a house that would go for over a million in MT, but was only in the 400k's here. CA ruins itself and then works on other nice states. See Colorado.
Wow costs more than the other Galaxies I’ve visited
Friendly suggestion, keep your camera steady. You keep rotating, zoom in and out, it makes viewers a bit disorientated.
I wish they wouldn't level the trees just to try and grow them back. These newer neighborhoods just barren and will need years to fill out and look proper.
"On a budget." What budget, millions?
I guess insurance billing jobs really pay off... I make 300k a year and cant afford these smh.
Number one so far.
It's not The Mattressmack, it's Mattress Mack.
No one being inside the house except maybe the construction workers.

👍🏽
Great videos as always but toll brothers arent exactly affordable anywhere not just texas.Keep up the good job
Sir I watch your vidieo all tbe time...I wish I could buy but no downpayment rigjt now.😢😢😢
Him :Nobody has been inside of this house
.... What about the guy who gave you the keys 🤔
Or the builder😂
how much

Did he just call the J's the AF 1's....noooooo😮😂
Passive house certified? HOA?
This is a budget?? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Molto bella 😂
“Across”, not “acrost”. There is no “t” in across.
And people are buying them during a recession?
Snow??!
Typical Toll Brothers style !! They did similar in San Ramon /Dublin area in California too , very tall elaborate but more traditional style way back in 2013
I've always thought Houston the number 1 place to move if you want a good deal on a massive house. Just watch those property taxes and homeowner fees.
Why would I run To the laundry with so much cloths ? So far from the rooms…
All the lots look so naked with barely any trees. As a Miamian I need lushness, not lawns.
I would not go over 1M for Texas . The weather and property taxes are no joke. For that price I rather stay or get something in the Valley or SoCal . lol. Until they have a category 5 hurricane.
Double staircase is a waste of space.
are water pipes insulated? 😂😂😂😂
Yes
why those ugly wood fences between houses? in a few years they look like shit. and they’re common in every neighborhood 🤦🏻♂️
Budget my ass
Dumb developers with zero taste.
Just show an empty house .lol
$1.4M+, so unless you have that to spend on a house, no need to watch this video
I don’t like bedrooms on the main floor
