Question - just window shopping from the frozen North, but curious, I see with some listings for homes or condos in Lakewood Ranch National Golf Club community that “golf club membership is included” with home purchase. What does that mean exactly?Does that mean you don’t have to be on the wait list? Your just eligible to join? Does the same rates apply you talked about including the initiation fee? Or it doesn’t mean anything additional from the general public? Thanks!
