- Here's a comparison between the latest Razer Viper V3 Pro and Logitechs G Pro X Superlight 2. It's a close one but I prefer the Superlight 2 just a little more.
Check out my in-depth review for more details on the mouse.

We had a lot of the same conclusions comparing these 2 mice. Great review like always!
If you have hand size like his or smaller then you would prefer gpx2 because both are way too big for these hand size therefore you would prefer the smallest among them which is the gpx2
The Razer Viper V3 Pro is god tier. The Logitech G Pro Superlight 2 is just so behind like the Logitech G Pro 60 Lightspeed. But everyone has their own opinions and choice is the real winner!
I had the Viper V2 Pro and the V3 just feels so good in the hand. By far my favorite mouse!
Definitely like what you like, but I feel it's a bit of an exaggeration to say the GPX2 is far behind.
Saying the super light is so behind is wild.
why i should buy viper v3 pro instead of viper v2 pro? viper v3 pro is new? what is difference between v2 pro and v3 pro? im going to by one now. i need info
@@yavuzmertersoy light weight, new sensor, 8k hyperpolling dongle in the box + new form factor. Highly worth it. But only if u don't need to pay much more for upgrade.
Competition is good. We get better products. This is a win for consumers.
Probably the best comparison vid out there. I’ll probably go for the Logitech pro x super light 2 purely because of comp
The biggest question i had was if the scroll wheel "click" is easier to click on viper than on superlight, you answered that perfectly - thank you!
I just bought the GPX2 and i love it so far i was using the logitech G305 but it was a little small eventually i found a decent grip style for it but the GPX2 fits my hand like a glove way more comfortable and i like the built in battery and recharge aspect of it as well
I used the first gen superlight for about a year then I saw razer just launched the razer viper v3 pro and immediately bought it. never regretted buying it and now it's been my main ever since.
how about now
10/10 content. I found you trying to decide between the Atlantis Mini Pro and Sora V2 and can not thank you enough for how well you make your videos. I thought you only made computer Mice videos but seeing you make videos on multiple tech items, I will definitely be going straight here for any tech reviews. Amazing work on every video.
19x10 relaxed claw grip and i love the VV3 Pro. GPX was good too but my hand started to hurt after playing for a while. Also tried the Dav3 Pro and was nice but a little bit too big for me. Pulsar Xlite V3 didn't liked the clicks.
For long session the VV3 is definitely more comfortable because of the curves on the mouse
What about the shape of Xlite V3, does it fit better than DAV3 for 19x10?
@@MaximUS3744 yes the Dav3 was a little bit too big for me but that can be personal preference. I didn't liked the clicks on the Pulsar Xlite V3 Size 2 but the shape/build/weight was very good. I also liked the EC2-CW but it was too heavy coming from the GPX. Tried several mice in the past months and my main is the VV3 Pro right now and i love it. Dav3 Pro was very nice too but for me i would need a smaller version.
@@ronald0122what is your grip? im 17,5x9,5 and i enjoy the dav3pro so much!
@@ronald0122razer recently came out with the dav v3 hyperspeed which is just a smaller version
1 more thing to add , you need to plug in a dongle in order to get above 2000hz polling rate for razer mouse. I love razer shape and build quality over the logitech one, but I am hesitate to bring the dongle and cable with me. Im sure there are a lot of people do not think about this case.
The superlight 2 looks really cheap in my opinion, but it has 4000 hz polling rate with it alreay, and its very convenient.
Not even close. Viper v3 pro is better in every way😂
why i should buy viper v3 pro instead of viper v2 pro? viper v3 pro is new? what is difference between v2 pro and v3 pro? im going to by one now. i need info
@@yavuzmertersoy Then watch the video. If you know nothing about mice then its probably not gonna make a difference to you
I bought the v2 pro 2 weeks ago the hump is too low for me i hate it if you play claw grip like me and your hand size is medium or bigger then dont get the v2 pro also the skates feels like scratching@@yavuzmertersoy
@@Bonk-It will make a difference for him because you can notice shape and coating even without knowledge about mice
viper and anything razer sucks.
My Razer Viper V3 Pro is in third place, second place goes to my Finalmouse mouse ULX large with glass skates, and still in first place is my GPX Superlight with TTC Silver encoder and Dustproof Gold 60M along with Tiger ICE skates. The side buttons on the GPX also have laser cut grips. What I would love to see is a GPX shipping stock as I just described!
I recently found your channel and I'm glad that I've found it.
I really like that you include in all your mouse videos the grip style reference, which helps a lot.
Great comparison - keep up the good work.
For me - I'm still rocking the Superlight V1 - is the all-rounder for me.. but I'm looking for an alternative, which is a bit lighter.
I do have the same hand size as you.
Btw - did you try out already one of WLMouse?
I have both. I love the Viper V3 pro but I only want to keep 1 mouse so I'm giving the GPX2 a fair shake
How is the Viper V3 Pro, currently deciding between the two, have them both but seems like the Viper battery drains faster
@@didaka8 I liked the viper v3 pro but I had a lot of the same problems as the harp ace with hand cramps
@@PewPewChef ooh gotcha so how is the superlight 2 rn?
@@didaka8 I like it a little more only because it feel slightly wider but the back is horrible. I feel like I have a ball I my hand. I need something wide with a flat back to fit my palm around so my options now are the haste 2 wireless or the viper v2 pro
@@PewPewChef what are you choosing between the haste 2 and the viper v2 pro? Heard that the viper v2 pro had some kind of issues with the scroll wheel.
Incredible reviews and videos. Respect.
I’ve had both, and my viper v3 would do a mini micro stutter during fast swipes and the pointer would be still as if the mouse disconnected. Almost like a dead zone or something. It’s a popular issue on Reddit and I do not recommend getting this mouse until it’s fixed. I’ve since then picked up a final mouse ULX and have found that mouse to be mid asf and since then gotten a Super light 2 bc of the hype. Man I love the super light 2, it’s heavy but the shape and comfort are EVERYTHING, I can palm it and I’ve seen gameplay improvements with valorant bc of this mouse. It’s definitely my current favorite. I haven’t sold my final mouse bc it’s just awesome to have but I do also have a viper v2 I enjoy, and would go that route over the v3 until issues are corrected.
@@Nate-Aims The viper v3 pro has mini micro stutter during fast swipes because of the 8000hz polling rate. Every 8k mouse has this issue. Its because some games stutter when you use over 4000hz polling rate
@@Nate-Aims To fix the issue, you can just set a lower polling rate in razer synapse.
@@Bonk- just bought another white on, I raised the lift off height to the max and it’s been perfect. Still enjoy my super light 2 more but I just ordered the WL beast max and manzu thron to add to my collection, I’ll see how those compare
Yea had the same issue. I raised the lift to half and the issue was gone, but damn I'm pissed still that I can't use this feature after paying $162 dollars honestly not even worth@@Nate-Aims
@@Nate-Aims any update on those 2 mice?
I think shape here is the key, they are so similar,
I wish that superlight 2 got a better coating with more grip cause it gets kinda slipperly after some months
Wasabi, any issues with running 4k or 8khz in cod? I am having a strange issue were my GPX2 tracks fine @ 4khz in all other games except for cod.
Try disabling the c states in bios and see if it helps.
I choose GPX2, that mice shape is just for my style. bored with razer, been using deathadder elite for 5 years
Does the Viper v3 pro have the onboard memory ? If it has, can I completely uninstall the Razer Synapse software after saving the onboard setting ?
What mousepad are you currently running? Love that orange! 🔥
do u think the difference is worth 55usd more?.The gpx 2 is 125usd and v3 pro is 180usd.thx
ur looking in the wrong place if the vv3 is $180
@@peely.oiledupliterally 😂
@@peely.oiledup Or they’re in Europe.
the big difference is price went with the superlight 2 because it was cheaper
What mousepad you use in the video?
Hello, what's your orange mouse pad?
Might be the orange artisan zero
@@indicaHaze7 thanks
Both have 8k currently with the latest update
Geat Video! Keep going , great work.
what mic do you use?
Hey there, Wasabi, you are for me one of the best authority of mouses and mousepads
I really need your honest opinion on this. I bought the viper v3 pro BUT the skates feel pretty fast on my razer gigantus v2, especially compared to my superlight 2 that on the same pad they the superlight provides me with the best speed / control balance. What are the best pads that I could try out so I can use my viper v3 pro that are slower than gigantus v2 but not completely slow. (please send me more than 1 in case the high quality saturn / neptun recommendation / etc are not available in my country) - note that my 8years old qck Steelseries pad is on the "too slow" side (not sure if its because its worn out or just the pad type)
Would it be more worth to look into Razer DAV3 Faker and take that one? (I heard the skates are different on that one and I would suppose they dont glide as much as the viper v3 pro ones..?
If its fast, thats a good thing, just adapt and you will be better.
What mouse feet do you put on gpro superlight?
Corepadz
viper v3 pro have 750ips...it means you can flick like crazy
It's literally impossible to move your mouse even near that acceleration lol
Im waiting on the video comparaison between the wooting vs hunsman v3 pro please
😂😂😂
Wooting easily
@@KingCows69 hunsman 10x better
@@X0nel wtf you mean wooting is the best gaming keyboard right now
@@X0nel you can search up review on both and the wooting is better by far
I love the Viper V2, but they made the V3 so much bigger, it doesn't feel good anymore.
small hand issue sorry boss
which has a better battery?
They’re both the exact same but viper is lower battery on a higher polling
viper v3 pro. saved ya 7 mins.
the viper grib is worse on the black model
btw
You guys who have Razer's v2 and v3 pro, how is v3 coating compared to v2?
My bro has the v2 pro and I got the v3 recently. The v2 feels more textured compared to the v3 ( both are black). V3 is a much smoother texture
V3 black is almost like Zowie but more silicone like. V2 is that classic textured Razer coating that isnt thay great for dry hands imho. Dunno about the white. I don't own the V3, I just saw a wired DAV3 at Best Buy and put my germs on it.
@@FriendNotFoeBand bro me but on the clock 😏
Was pretty sure my V2 didn't have a coating but was a textured plastic shell which was a pain to grip. The V3 has a rubberized coating much like all their older mice used to have.
@@MidnightMarrow I bought the white v3 today and the coating is very nice to the touch but I prefer the v2 coating
A superlight with tiger ice skates? Its GGS bro
All these people saying v3 is a big mouse. Man its tiny to me. I have 20x10 hands. Cannot get a good position wity it. Imma buy the gpx2 and try it.
Waiting for my V3 to finally get here in the next hour or so but the G Pro line is a very basic "potato" shape and has more of a flat sidewall design, I too have big hands and I don't see you having a better time with the more bare bones similar sized mouse. In the end it definitely works but the way I have to grip it just feels awkward. The hope is the more shapely viper will be easier to grip. I did like the V2 but my thumb broke through it's paper thin shell lol...
How did u go with the gpx2?
LETS GO! 🔥🔥🔥
I have both mouse.
V3 pro >>>> Superlight 2
