The only thing I don’t like about the v3es is with no software you can’t adjust your DPI. You’re stuck with the 5 levels on the mouse. I returned mine because my preferred settings is in between their settings.
The only problem I have with the v2 is that I cannot grip it with my palm and for me personally it has led to some weird issues with my hand. Would I be able to grip the v3 with my palm if I were to upgrade?
many mouse look like other mouses. v2 pro is ok size a bit small the hump feels better on the v3. side buttons too close to each other aside from that its a good mouse still. Most mouses look plain but their tech is where is at if u want a mouse for looks I'm sure u will find some for lower prices.

I just went from v2 viper pro to the v3 viper pro, and all I can say is WOW. Easily one of my favorite purchases of 2024. Overall just a better mouse in every way.
Does the V3 have the same mouse wheel encoder as the V2? I'm currently having the notorious issue of the scroll wheel "jumping" on my V2, don't want to get the V3 if it has the same shitty encoder.
I’ve been using Razer Viper mini, now I’m thinking to upgrade to wireless which should be exactly small and comfy like Viper mini. Which should I choose the new Viper V3 pro or Viper V2 pro?.
The Techne, question: Do the grips included in your copy of the V3 Pro strongly smell to some chemical or solvent? I installed mine yesterday and the hodor made me feel sick.
really depends on grip style and hand size but generally speaking the gpx is more forgiving in terms of grips. the viper v3 is probably the best mouse on the market as of now when considering internals and options. i have the v2 pro v3 pro viper and both gpx1&2. my opinion is i want to main the v3 pro but for alot of things like mmo and more casual mouse use the gpx is just comfier but when im playing an fps locked ina claw grip the viper v3 is just so damn good. the gpx is just more versatile shape wise and both are very good internally so either or is a great purchase. speaking for the general person the gpx is definitely a safer choice.

I came from using an OG wired Viper. Not gonna lie, the shape and performance of the Viper line is just honestly the best compared to other Razer models, at least for me. The shape is what I am most particular about. I don't know what is it about the Viper but it just works for me, the v2 pro was honestly too ex for me (even today ever since its launch) so I settled for the Cobra pro which imo has the most similar shaped form factor to the v2 pro and also cheaper as of today's MSRP in my country. Although, I would go back to the v2 pro any day. Anyway, great video Techne
i just got my money back from my purchase of the razer viper pro v3. Im sticking with my viper pro v2.........bc its better in every single way. I love razer mouses, i saw the new v3 pro and i had to try it and wow, its a HORRIBLE MOUSE. The side buttons are comically bad. The button clicks are way worse. Im so dissapointed. The v3 feels like an old gen, cheap mouse. Its worse in everyway. The buttons are kinda flush fit, the clicks are so mushy and muted. The v2 is literally 2 times better. If u like the v3 more ur coping.

I sit here with both mice. And they both suck. My main mouse is a Logitech G400s, and no newer mouse can replace it. everything els shape and size wise, just sucks so much. They should just make this g400s mouse in a never model but same shape and size.
I love how you dive deep into the measurements. You and RJN are probably the only ones who do it .
but rjn dont review most mouse anymore
Thanks so much for this video! I appreciate the analysis as this was the question I've been trying to get answered.

Never liked synapse. I appreciate the no software approach that Zowie, and Vaxee take. Even the V3 Es is plug n play. Super convenient.

I got the v2, nice at first but hand is sore within an hour of aim training. Even slowly.
I think it is the GPX killer honestly.
Really like the detailed review especially the front skate part. Can you feel the "better" sensor on V3 Pro?

A great mouse for the collection for sure
Why have 8 mice when you can have 9 mice?
I have 10 mice and I just picked mine up today
I am currently using a Dareu A950pro for now. Got my V3 pro coming Tuesday and I can way to test it out
The V2 looks better, the V3 looks like it's trying to be a G-pro and comes-off looking too basic for a almost $200 mouse.
