Hello Sir! I wanted to tell you that I admire your work and the effort you put into these "constructions". Recently I also got an attraction for this work. If possible, a template for a bear mask(realistic one)?
Okay... question. PLA prints are not always practical. In theory high density or ultra high density foam would be a better more durable option in reality. Yes or no? I mean... a Batman suit in PLA can take 5 months to print without 3-4 machines. I have seen guys finish incredible things with foam in a months time with no stress. Suit of armor in a week. Perfectly scaled and no fuss.
All of the pieces are modular to fit multiple body types so you’d just need to figure out how much to scale it up for you. It’s designed for 6’ currently
It was very helpful I m so happy I found your channel I want to make iron man but I don’t have money to buy 3 d printer your idea will help me make in less budget . Yes, with plenty left over. I would personally get the cosplay bundle 2,6,10 then a roll of 4 the bundle is cheaper and you can always use 2mm for details and attachments 👍
That's some good work! Since I'm considering trying this (very 1st time w/ foam). What degree are you cutting part B 10, 15, 30? Just kinda eyeball it in that range? I was also curious in details of your cement and superglue mix or you just layering them? Thanks

@SKSProps cool 30 is what I was thinking. I just watched your basic tools and techniques video, so a little premature for me on the double method. You do great work my friend. I do have a small build so maybe I won't have to do much resizing when I attempt this. Rock on man! Thanks

Hey sks! I bought somw of your 10mm and 6mm HD foam. Any advice on how to cut thru the 10mm as easy as you do? Cant seem to stay on the outline i drew on the foam. It's high density for sure😅
Make sure you are constantly sharpening your knife after every few cuts. Foam dulls the blade very quickly so I use a kershaw knife sharpener all of the time. High density just means that it’s less porous, not a harder foam. Low density foam dulls the blades even quicker
