I got a coach wallet in college and ended up using just the minimal ID holder inside (gave the gigantic outer part to my dad). It holds 3 cards comfortably and the rest is digital on my phone.

I have the Schwab and Business Platinum Cards. I kept the Business into year two for various reasons, including an upcoming refund, and to keep Amex happy after canceling Bonvoy. I like the 35% point discount on points used for air, 1.5X on 5K purchases, but I don't think I'll renew into year 3. Hoping they update the Business Green beforehand.

My wallet has the Amex gold card as well! My everyday card, then I have chase sapphire preferred (planning to downgrade it to flex since it has the same categories as the gold), and capital one quicksilver (my keeper card).
Check out Trayvax, I currently have their Ascent model. Dango carries some dope card wallets too.

how has your LV pocket organizer holding up?
Platinum, Gold, Surpass (upgrade to aspire after 1st year, double dip on sign up offer), Chase prime for visa usage, citi costco visa and my bank debit card for when I need to re stock my cash supply. Not to happy with Chase so I tend to stick with Amex. Customer retention is a lot better from my experience. Keep up the quality content Brian. Definitely learned a few things.
My main cards have been the Wells Fargo Propel and Wells Fargo Cash Wise since I bank with them. I've been making $50 in cash back every month and putting it into savings. It's a strong setup for no AF. Just added the Amex Gold card to my deck. Next card will either be the Plat or the Blue Business Plus. How long should I wait to apply for another Amex card?

I have my CSR, AMEX GOLD, and newly acquired JetBlue Business Card. I'm working on the 1k spend for 50k points as well as another 50k in points with an additional 5k spend in the next 12 months, for a grand total of 100k

Hey Brian I just got the gold card and I thought there was no credit limit but apparently there is one that varies depending on how much you spend. My question is does this affect you at all and what are your thoughts about it?
Well yeah, they do have a limit mostly because they don’t want people spending over what they can afford to pay back. The limit varies depending on usage and annual income. This does not affect your credit score based on credit usage since it is a charge card. As long as you pay everything off each month you should be good.
Its called spending power. They calculate your limit based on your purchase history.
All I have is delta gold and Disney visa. I’m thinking about getting the Amex Platinum though.
Amex Platinum, Chase Freedom Unltd., Chase Sapphire Reserve, is what I keep in my wallet. I have many others that are in my desk drawer. I have a Coach slim line wallet that holds 5 cards and has a zipper center pocket as I rarely carry cash

What do you mean about the business card being difficult for your accountant? I use the bbp for personal use and i dont file any different

I have a BA Cash rewards card (my very first cc since 5 years ago, opened an Amex Blue Cash over quarantine with $300 bonus, and just received my Freedom Flex with $200 bonus! Credit score is 700!

what order did you get them and how long did u wait between the cards to apply for another card? also what’s the benefits of having multiple card i turn 18 in a few months so i want to be prepared
@@kurupt2096 I got the discover it first and used only 10% of my credit line while paying it off in full every month for an entire year. Exactly one year later I got the Amex blue cash everyday and waited three months before applying and getting the Chase Freedom. I would say the benefits of having multiple cards are you get more available credit line so if you spread out your utilization between multiple cards, your utilization ratio stays low getting you a better credit score. Also having a relationship with Amex and Chase at a young age helps you build that relationship with them early on so when you have a decent job later on in life you can qualify for the bigger cards they offer easily with no hassle. And lastly having credit with multiple people shows that you are trustworthy so it also helps your score and gets you better interest rates for multiple things.
@@kurupt2096 Quick tip though: I was denied for Amex when I applied so I called their "reconsideration line" and explained my situation and told them why I should be approved. They put me on hold and then told me they had just approved me right then and there. So if you ever get denied, try calling the company's reconsideration line to get approved

I have the same pocket organizer but in all black. I love it because of exactly what you said, so many card slots but still super sleek.
My daily driver is the Citi AAdvantage Executive. I’ve only flown 3 times this year due to Covid, so I haven’t really gotten the chance to enjoy their benefits like I usually do.
If Covid remains the same, I might switch over to the Amex Platinum card.

I use the united airlines explorer card the best buy card the city rewards plus card and the m life las vegas card from the bank of Omaha.

Do you recommend to link your cards to Apple Pay? Seems nerve wracking to put all your cards in one app that probably cost 100k in credit. But then again if you lose your physical wallet (oops fell from pocket).. that would even be scarier.
I use
Amex gold for the 4x categories
Freedom flex for 5 percent
Amex platinum for the rewards and travel
Freedom unlimited for anything else where the other cards would not get a higher percentage back
And I’ll probably get the Amazon Visa Card next

@brian Hey Brian I’m thinking about applying for a Amex lower tier or business card and I am wondering if I should take the risk with what I’m going to provide. I have a trans and Equifax score of 757 . Fico 754 and 746 Experian my credit total utilization is 1% tor last 3months I have zero cards with Amex $800 personal loan debt that was 4k 8months ago term is for 24months. I have 6 hard Inquiries on experian in 24months. I have 1 on trans and 1 on equifax average credit age is 1year , last credit card I got and approved for was chase sapphire preferred in July 2020 . Do you think I have good odds I’ve read Amex runs credit on Experian and thatd b my 7th hard inquiry on that bureau? Any advice man? I’d be doing the business card under my ssn FYI if I do business.

I think that’s a genuine one the Amazon one was lower profile more like a card valet wallet. Confused why do you need to use plastiq for the credit card to count towards payments for minimum spend for the bonus? Can’t you just directly use the credit card on the payments for utilities etc? Am i missing something?
Some utilities don’t accept CC. Only ACH depending on where you live
