I used to have issue with it when I first dealt with it too. I only missed one, and turns out it's the one Maria hints at by saying to watch the shadows. I had issues with this recording too, but thankfully I have most of this programmed into my memory hard.
I never had a problem with this mission! The map is linear, and whenever one is hiding out Maria speaks up and tells you to watch out while on the gun turret
Same honestly. It took a few tries but eventually I got to the point where I'd only have to backtrack once per visit, if that, and it was never as bad as The Doom where paths loop back on each other.

One of the few things I noticed is that the GUN Soldiers or Beetles do not attack you at all.
