How does the performance air filters work without installing any power commanders? For higher performance, the engine needs more fuel too. If the air inflow is high and the fuel pumping remains the same, neither the fuel-air mix vary nor the performance increase. Doesn't matter if the bike is FI or carburetor. As far as I know, the performance filters helps to uplift the performance for a tuned/modified engine. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
