I have a video suggestion. Can you please go over when to kick/teep with your lead or rear leg in a ring/mma format, and what leg to choose in a street fight? This would be a really interesting topic. Thank you.

No street fighting, keep it in the gym /ring.

I've used the hyabusa gloves, impact mouthguard, and also the diamond cup for the past few years.... all have been great

I've known about cupping for a long time, but I don't know anything about how to use cupping. How do we use self-administered cupping to help with recovery?

I recently purchased some Hayabusa T3s. Such great wrist support. Well worth the money.

I was asking around on reddit and no one likes Hayabusa there... I wonder why...

What bag would you use on a sparring day? I am looking something very large that can hold gloves, shin guards, a set of thai pads and a BJJ gi. And all the little stuff. And hopefully be able to wear on my back and ride a bike with. 😂

Hey gabe. As always good video. I would be interested in a video, in which you talk about strength and conditioning training for combat athletes. I would like to now what you do in the gym.
Thanks a lot for sharing all this stuff with us🥊🥋

Nice bag! Surprised how much stuff you pulled out of it. Pretty much the content I have in my bag but my bag is like 3 times the size. Weird LoL! I'll have to revisit why I have such a large bag.
Any case. Different topic. Love to see if you can breakdown a typical training schedule. I've seen Superbon breakdown what he does in a day, and I've read on training websites that breaks down a typical week but I've yet to see if kickboxers/muay thai athletes go through training phases like marathon runners do. If there's off-season (not training for a fight), is there just base training to get the cardio up with do less of a certain workout? If there's a fight whats the weekly and monthly training schedule look like. Marathoners typically have a 18 week training that gradually ramp up the intensity and weekly mileage and then ramp down heading into the race. Good mix of different heart rate zone training throughout the week to balance high intensity effort and lower intensity recovery workouts to maximize results. Similarly, I assume there's certain light and hard days, with heavybag days, footwork days, sparring days etc... I guess I'm have all these marathon training books that I've read and been implementing to for the past two decades and hoping I can find something similar in my new found hobby in muay thai and boxing. Thanks!
