Hey Carlos. You probably know, but it's always best to drink fluid at room temperature. If it's too cold, the body has to bring the temperature up to assimilate it in the body. The closer it is to body temperature the better. So I get the Gatorade thing. Thought I'd mention that because people think colder is better.
When your hot and sweaty(during a workout) your body is at a higher temperature, there will be a difference in temperature from your body and drink. Your body will have to consume energy to heat up the drink to your body temperature to consume it
I remeber buying my first pair of winnings after seeing your review vid many years ago. Good to see you’re still making videos bro! Keep up the good stuff!
@@TheCulinary_ExplorerI've had them for almost a decade now and they're by far the best gloves I've used so far in terms of protection and comfort. That leather they use is so soft but the durability is top notch.
Excellent Vid! I also have a gymbag full of snacks and trunk full of Gatorade! Id recommend a tiny first-aid kit (bandage/gauze/tape/vaseline/maybe a tampon for nosebleeds -no joke-). I also keep a tiny airpump+needle in the side, cuz there always seems to be a flat speedbag somewhere..
Nice lol as me being at the gym usually going to the gym almost everyday I don’t have a gym bag lol I need to get one thanks for reminding and nice showing us what you carry in your gym bag on a daily basis can’t wait to go back to the gym again
@csquared boxing thanks for the inside scoop on a boxers life... really helps for those who want to get into boxing thanks for all the uploads keep up the good work
Great video. Next would be be interesting to see you do some Diet Reviews based on famous pro's. Lot of people seem to be doing the Day in the life of ''The Rock'' these days. Would love to see a Mike Tyson diet day, or a Loma diet day. And see how that affects your training, good or bad, and how your body responds to it
I have everything you have including sparring gloves and bag gloves, speed rope, the headband reflex ball, boxing socks from Suzi Wong, resistance bands, fortress fast wraps and definitely chewing gum😅
Love the video! Made the Evniks a part of my EDC too after your last video! Are you still using the Ringside Ultra-Light as your primary head-gear? Any tips on light and comfortable face-savers?
Any update of when you can do a review of the title pro style leather training gloves 3.0? Keep up the good work man! :) And also what decently priced heavy bag would you recommend?
Always someone better. If they’re experienced they’ll work with you and make you think but not try to kill you. Sparring is about learning, not killing your partner especially if they’re new to the sport.
I do a lot of roadwork, typically 4-5 times a week 4-5 miles. For strength training I do mostly body weight exercises as you want to stay lean in boxing as muscle slows you down and reduces flexibility. However I also do compound weights to gain strength like bench press, squats, pull ups (with weight). Any kind of push, pull, squat, row, type exercise
csquaredboxing is the price justified In any way? Anything that stands out that makes it worth the extra coin? Just curious on your opinion. Love the channel man.
infestedtaco tbh it all depends on budget. It’s a luxury item but there’s so many companies making headgear that are very similar for a fraction of the price that to me it isn’t worth it. Headgear is meant to protect your head from cuts and bruises, not impact to the brain. It’s nice but not necessary.
You almost said “Shit” then caught yourself 😂 great awareness!
Lmao I try to keep it PG because I know a lot of younger folks be watching.
@@csquaredboxing if the young ones want to get into a sport like boxing they should be able to handle some cus words lmao
