2024 Formula Drift Salt Lake City Recap

Right out of the box, the Corvette was a force to be reckoned with when I hit the track. With every run I laid down, the team was able to find room for improvement given the new track layout.
Top 32 was a solid and tight battle with Simen Olsen and after taking the win, I moved on to face Trenton Beechum in the Top 16.
During his lead run going into Zone 3, the track had just enough dust to carry the car a little further out and got me slightly off track, ultimately giving Trenton the win.
Tough way to end the weekend because the team definitely had the right formula in place and one of the fastest cars out there.
Big thanks to everyone on the Drift Cave Motorsports team and group of Partners who have stepped up and made this whole program what it is today. It may not have been the result that the team and I wanted but everyone can walk away from this holding their heads high, knowing we put in 100%.

Track was definitely weird but at least the Corvette looked good going out. Looking forward to the next C8 video as well man! Irwindale next weekend lets freaking go!
