18 wheeler was merging on to hwy 635 southbound and ended up merging in 2 lanes instead of pausing once he merged into the freeway to check blind spot before merging again to 2nd lane. He continued going cuz he didn't know he struck my vehicle, so I ended up getting in front of him to get his attention since it was stop and go traffic.
