There's "Stairway To Heaven", " The Rain Song", and then "Thank You" are the most beautiful songs of Led Zeppelin. I absolutely Love this song. 🎉🎉🎉

Yaaaaay, my favorite Zeppelin song! Such a powerful love song, been used in a wedding or two. The way he sings this, makes me emotional every time! Ace you have such a beautiful, contagious smile!
I love that you really listen, and give every song a chance 😀👍

Robert wrote this song for his wife.

I know you missed it man it does hang in there and then it comes back in the most dramatic way, it's one of the most dramatic finishes ever, laugh. But anyway I'm glad you loved it, they just were so good at so many things and I don't mind really thoughtful love song like that. It's absolutely beautiful.

Yes they have a few endings that sneak back in.
Plant wrote this for his wife, she was a nurse, & had the study income until he made it big. They married in 1968, & were married until about 1982. I think they death of their 5 year old son, put a strain on their marriage, they still remain good friends. This was mine & my husbands wedding song, we celebrated our 39 Anniversary last month. So many couples had it as their wedding song, it’s a beautiful song.

Bullseye. The song theme is entirely about trust and enduring love, thru everything. Trusting in the song until the end, after it fades out, and allowing it to linger and return with a vibrant flourish, is the PERFECT metaphor for the meaning of the song, and for the person it was written for - Robert's wife. Zep has several songs that fade back in after they appear to be over.

It's 'The Ocean', not 'Oceans'. The Ocean represents the crowd.

You cut it off too soon....it fades back in at the end.

You are correct, it was still going on and you missed it.
