    Spot on Ken. Great video and it’s comforting and motivating to hear someone as successful as you talking about the ups and downs and what it takes to grow a successful business. The part about the stress that comes with running a company and making payroll, etc is so true. Man does it get stressful. Also your point of spending 80% of your time working “on” the business is a good actionable goal to have and work towards. Thanks Ken

    I have chosen KEN McElroy as my mentor and teacher. If, I didn't have a family, I would work for him for free for 1 year.
    I like Kris Krohn, Grant Cardone too but Ken is not the hype celeb real estate guru and all the guys in this space have great stories and are believable like the two mentioned above.
    But Ken reminds me of a high school teacher who loves teaching others and speaks facts and truth.
    Imagine where we would be if we a had financial teachers like him everywhere.
    May the Lord bless you and keep Ken. You a generous man through your giving....by teaching.

    Really enjoy your videos and success. The hardest thing in life is getting along with people. I have finally come to realize they are all different, and it is a lot of psychology as you mention to match them to their best abilities. Always a learning experience.

    Ken, you have to mentor me. I'm coming to Arizona. I know how to run a property Ken, I not only have been a property manager but I was also a maintenance supervisor - how many people you know have worked on the leasing side as well as maintenance. It's usually one or the other. I've just started my own Property management company. Dedicated Property Management LLC
