My favorite thing is to the instant coffee, hot water, sugar and then add it to half milk/halfnhalf. Don't need ice or anything, just shake it. It's so good 😭 it's better to add not enough half n half than to add too much n make it soo sweet, so test it first. I always add a dash of cinnamon too

just grind the regular sugar. put little in mixie jar and blend for 30 seconds or so. easy.
I just use regular sugar, but then use a little boiling water so it dissolves. She's just using powdered so it will dissolve in cooler water I believe. I just wait a bit for the hot water to cool off.

@@er6730 but icing sugar often contains a little bit of cornstarch for thickening agent. i recommend buying caster sugar.

Why instant coffee and not brewed?
probably to keep the strength consistent. a lot of these drinks would be pretty diluted with drip; i think the idea is that disolving enough instant for a cup with very little hot water allows you to still have a full strength coffee even though the drink is like 90% milk and ice by volume. just guessing tho

Interesting drinks, however I cringe when I see how much milk they add to a drink. Milk is only used to make it creamy 1 to 2 oz. Not a glass full.
