Hi there! Wise is available in India, but there are some limitations and restrictions due to regulations we follow.
At the moment, we’re improving how new customers in India can sign up to use Wise. During this period, we’re temporarily unable to support new customers based in India to send INR overseas. You can still send our global (EUR, GBP, USD) currencies via SWIFT: wi.se/swiftpayments
We're striving to offer our products to as many people as possible, and we'll be sure to let our customers know as soon as any changes are made 😉

As we explained, you should be able to open an account with us in India, but our services are limited there. So you won't be able to open a multi-currency account to hold or receive money, nor send money from INR.
