I bought one of these for my FFRR and it took 5 minutes to install and it is brilliant - perfect sound! As you state the best upgrade you can add. Thanks for the video, following your instructions, helped me install this so fast
not sure about intracting with screens but I bought a 16 quid bluetooth receiver off Amazon that plugs into the Aux socket..works perfectly...only downside is you need to charge it via the cigarette lighter, but once charged just drop it in the centre console and pair

How can I install the Invery unit onto my L320 2010MY RRS please.. where does the process vary to a L322 as I’ve followed the video but it won’t work. Do I also need to install Apple Music onto my iPhone to map the Invery to my RRS.
You have the iPod connection ok? Have a look at my Jaguar install on our 2009 XF. I found that it also needed the power cable to it as well to operate as the iPod connection didn’t send the power to the Invery unit. Then just ‘pair’ it on the Bluetooth connection menu on your phone and select iPod on the RRS screen. Ed
Hello BRH.. do you mean the extra USB cable that came with the Invery? Plug that cable also into the cars usb port and the small connector directly into the Invery unit?
@@Back_Road_Hero watched & followed the Jag video but still I have no connection even though both phone AND Invery are connected by Bluetooth. Help please..
Do you have issues of it connecting to phone when you are in the house very annoying. Disconnect and will reconnect does this about every other day seems my iPod connector has constant power
Great video thanks Ed, I think I'm going to invest in one having seen your video. Also, can I ask what iPhone mount you're using, I like the way you can rotate it from portrait to landscape, would you recommend it?
Hi Ian. It's a great little holder and i have them in several of my cars. Here's the link to my featured products page: www.backroadhero.com/featured-products/ Ed
But in 2012 I had a 2010 330d that had streaming music via Bluetooth. I have a 2008SC that has Bluetooth for calls only. I also have a 2010 fiesta.... that has streaming tooth. So why does a 15k fiesta have it and 85k range rover not? The entertainment in these luxury cars really do let them down.
I've used a Bovee1000 for about 5 years now on my 2011 Dicovery4, it works well for music apps. Perhaps this INVERY device is better for everything else, I might give it a try...cheers!
It should work fine Dennis. Ours is a 2010 l323. There’s an iPod/general mode switch on the rear. Try changing this, unplug, replug in and see if this fixes it. Ed
Hello! Thanks for your video. I have just bought a 2011 L322. Will my car have the iPod plug in under center console? Does it play through the car’s speakers? Many thanks 🙏
Never noticed any delay myself although I don’t watch much video using the system. Overall great cars but have a pot of about £3k just in case. Intercooler leaks, EGR valves, turbos and air suspension bags. Better that the work has already been done.
Never had an issue with battery drain. I think power is shut off a few minutes after locking. You could try leaving the lid open and check when it’s dark that you don’t see the light glowing. Ed
Sure does. If you have TH-cam premium then you can even close the screen and listen in the move. Keeps it legal. I listen to the TH-cam podcasts that way. Ed
@Back Road Hero Thank very much for that. Is there a separate Imvery for Android or does it work on both Android and apple? Thanks for your time( and I'll try to leave you alone now). 🙂
There’s two modes depending on the switch setting. One emulates an iPod the other is just a streaming device. It will be in the auxiliary input (I think)
i bought one of these for my range rover 2011 L322 i can't get it to pair with the phone iPhone 13 paired ok for phone calls ,tried the other switch on device all i get is a red light and a blue flashing light and when i try to pair its not showing, just the whirling trying symbol, any idea where I'm going wrong or have i got a duff unit i ordered from your link
I have the Bovee version which is identical and the only thing that sucks is you can't answer calls with it. My Bluetooth module is bad in the boot and I was hoping to replace that with a Bluetooth adapter. I may just ditch this thing and get a regular Bluetooth adapter that has a microphone
There are very few upgrades to the L332 that are as easy to install and give so much in return. A CarPlay install is both expensive and complex. This is the best of both worlds. Invery Streaming Bluetooth Adapter: amzn.to/3tJZQBQ Don't have an iPod socket? This will work with the 3.5mm 'Aux In' and can be powered by the adjacent cigarette lighter socket or a USB. You don't get steering wheel control though. amzn.to/3Q9XPIs Vent Phone Holder: amzn.to/3K2vEak
If you have an iPod socket under the arm rest then it will work. If you just have an aux in beside the lighter socket in the rear then you have other options. If you don't have an iPod 30 pi connector then you might have a 3.5mm stereo jack you can use. Here's the link to a hands free phone adapter: amzn.to/3NrfPN6

amzn.to/3tJZQBQ
So it’s no different to my Bovee. It’s essentially audio only and you’re using the phone screen instead?
It’s exactly the same as the bovee. Ed
Thanks for info.
Could you say something of time delay between image and sound.
What would be tips on the lr322 overall?

Yes. The phone works as normal.

I don’t know. Sorry. Perhaps have a look at the specifications on their website? Ed
Can i put mp3 files on a fat 32 usb stick instead ?

What is the sound quality vs using an aux, or ipod?
As far as I can tell it’s a hifi quality. Ed

There's a switch on the unit. Try that. Also it might not illuminate until it has been paired with your phone. Ed
