When did builders start building homes like townhouse s then market and sell as if the old norm. There smaller tighter and expensive like a townhouse..less for more..lol
@@Steven-x9t smaller two Storey homes like this have been sold in Canada since the early 1900’s. In fact character homes like this are more common typical then the larger front garage attached we’ve seen since the 80s
