Are you sure the price is correct? I believe it was $2.65mil??

Hi Nick, the price advertised on the thumbnail is for a build from scratch. As at about 4+ months ago they were able to squeeze something at about that price. Your price is correct, but that's for the fully loaded showhome. The Community is fully sold out though.
If you were looking for something like this, there are other Communities that I can share with you. 👍
