Hydraulics are jerky on a John Deere 5075e tractor

These are the steps I’d take to figure out why your hydraulics is jerky.
1 change the filter
2 drain the oil if it’s good save it to put back in tractor
3 remove and clean the sump screen
4 replace the hydraulic pump
