People have to understand that not the original cast is going to play every night. Even for my show there was understudies playing. Sometimes the cast has other plans or needs to have vocal rest. Stop complaining lol
another fun thing they did at this show: at the part where beetlejuice is being dragged into the netherworld he yelled "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" before going through :') don't know if he does that at every show but it was a nice touch

I LOVE THIS WHOLE CAST WITH MY WHOLE HEART, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS PERFECT, THE SWINGS THE MAIN CAST THE ENSEMBLE THE PRODUCERS THE WRITERS THE SET DESIGNER LITERALLY EVERYTHING
That's so sweet - it actually makes you understand that they're actually people, outside the character ❤ I just found that so emotional, their happy faces are priceless
I mean, if you think about it, he did somewhat keep his word... Like, he did try help the Maitlands, he helped Lydia get her family to either leave or pay attention to her, ended up doing both, etc.
Alex Brightman brings so much life to the character of Beetlejuice (practically embodies it) to the point where at the curtain call it takes you a minute to return to reality and get that he’s an ACTOR; not a needy, perverted, demon from the Neitherworld!
Anybody else hear about MTI acquiring licensing rights to Beetlejuice!? I'm so excited! I'm hoping a theatre company in my area puts on a production of this show!
